EXPERT WHEEL REPAIR! An E-bike from another area dealer had been sold to me with a defective rim. The pros at SPUN got my wheel true and rolling smooth in no time, and over a year later it is still perfect! They are the best. 10/10 would recommend ??

THIS IS THE BEST BIKE SHOP IN NORTH AMERICA!!!…..the people who work at this shop ARE THE BEST HUMAN BEINGS IN CINCINNATI. I cannot say enough about how awesome they are as people, let alone as a bike shop!
I recommend this shop to anyone who wants their bike GENUINELY taken care of by real people who actually care about you.

Dominick and Morgan are EXCELLENT!! I took my bike in with a broken chain and less than 10 minutes later, I was out of there bombing my bike around like no one's business. Spun knows what's up, and you will NOT be disappointed by their excellent service!

I highly recommend to anyone needing a bike repair. Dom and Judi were very communicative, friendly and happy to work with my specific needs. They got my bike tuned up in no time and even diagnosed a couple mystery problems.

Just picked up (and rode) my 25+ year Klein and it’s a brand new bike. Massive overhaul including all new drive train and it rides like a dream. Not only did it come in on budget and on schedule, Dominic’s attention to detail really took it to the next level, Two thumbs up and would highly recommend. I’ll be taking my even older Klein down next week for the same treatment.

Great owners and staff. They were so nice and patient when answering all my questions. I just moved to the area and the owner gave me so many recommendations on where to ride in the area. Looking forward to biking around here and coming to this shop when I want my bike looked at. My bike looked so good after they looked at it. I'm happy there are here!

I took my bike here for a repair and tune up, they treated me like family and I had a great time talking with them about my bike and they explained everything they were going to be doing. I had my bike back and ready in less than a week, It has never rode better and is so quiet now. Safe to safe, I will be a customer for life now ! <3

My wife and I took our son here to buy a BMX bike. Dominic and his wife were awesome. They were very friendly and customer service was top notch. My son got the bike he wanted it was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend Spun for their bike needs. ?

Took my bmx bike here for some fixes. Definitely sounds and feels better! I got the opportunity to meet the owners which is awesome. Judi seemed visibly stressed when I was asking Dominic some questions but we all are entitled to bad days and you never know what's going on in someone else's personal life.
I do have peace of mind riding my bike now, which is something you can't put a price on. Dominic is a great dude and you can tell he's passionate about bikes. I would definitely recommend coming here for any bike repair needs or just to possibly pick up a new bike!
