I walked into the store looking for a watch for my daughter for Christmas. I left out of the store with 2 free watches thanks to the promos. I have been with T-Mobile (formerly Sprint) for over 22 years. The customer service in this store was great..Shout out to the guy whose company sent him the new flip phone..Hope you were able to get a case!!!

very disappointed to be told on the phone that they had the phone I was looking for but they couldn’t hold it so I raced there and even decided to upgrade plans and add other lines just to be told the only phone they had left was in fact saved IN CASE the managers friend wanted one.. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, it’s not their fault but it’s sad the rules apparently don’t apply for employees

I have been in to this location a few times in the last few days to figure out a messed up phone (on Samsung's side, not T Mobile) and everyone was very helpful. Kayse in particular knocked it out of the park, and was fun guy to talk to in between my phone issues. I have a T Mobile closer to my work and home, but will keep coming to this one!

Brennan, And Hailey cares about their job. I would have been completely helpless if I did not get their help to get my phone set up. When you have people that literally care about their job, they deserve to have the future of their dreams to come true. Anytime a job is well done I really hope the best for them to and their future! People don't deserve to be stuck in the same position the rest of their life when they really care about their job.

I was having major issues with my phone because Sprint online chat person changed my policy around and it was all wrong, they took the time to correct the mess and get my new phone and watch set up! It was an A plus experience Thanks to Haylee, the manager and her co- worker!!! What a great team

Rob, Haylee, and Carlos all with amazing customer service and both Rob and Carlos have been the reason for me continuesly going to this location they have been completely professional and helped me with any and all issues I have had amazing environment I've seen first had that I'm not the only customer happy with this location alone due to the employee's

Made the switch from Verizon for the carrier freedom promotion they were running. Carlos told me everything was “taken care of” and they have paid Verizon off. Imagine how furious I was when I received a 600 dollar bill from Verizon saying my phone isn’t paid off. Now they’re saying there is nothing they can do for me. I was really excited for this switch because it was saving me money monthly but it turns out it was all a scam to get me to switch.

Told 2 hours to wait to 'verify' accounts or come back tomorrow for T-mobile Tuesday, verification is why we hit redeem on the app in the store and it gives a scan code. 4th out of 5 T-mobile stores visited today and all of them were on another level of lacking in procedures and customer service today, about done with all of it.

Jimmy was amazing. He helped transfer all 4 of my kids metro phones over to my sprint account. It was all so very complicated and he made it seem so simple and easy. He knew exactly what he was doing and he made what could have been a nightmare of an experience an awesome one. Thank you so much Jimmy!

Two stores later and i can not buy samsung watches due to systems down, doors locked with a worker inside, cant switch to tmoblie from sprint cause somehow my unlocked device from samsung wont work unless i get a new phone. Always something. Always hard. Im switching services. I wanted sprint and got tmoblie garbage.
