I have been going to Springdale cleaners in Springdale for 40 years. I recently took a shirt there and when I picked it up they said they had some problems removing a stain. They showed me the stain which I saw and I understood. This was the only stain they showed me.When I got home I opened up and looked at my shirt, I saw a totally stained collar and other stains on my shirt which they did not show me .It appeared as though they treated the collar and some other stains which caused the stains to dilute and run all over the collar and the other treated areas.Everybody understands "ring around the collar". That's why I send my shirts to a dry cleaner. So that they can professionally clean the collars, lightly starch them and press them. In this case, I think they forgot to actually dry clean my shirt after doing the pre-treatment.I had a wedding to go to the next day so I was forced to go buy another shirt for the wedding.I've had my shirts done around the country for over 50 years and have been going to Springdale dry cleaning for decades and have never experienced this poor quality of work from them or anyone else.I may be wrong. Maybe the stains on my collar were too bad to be able to be cleaned. If that was the case, I wish they would have said "I'm sorry, your shirt is too dirty ,we can't help you with this. I would have understood.

I would recommend Springdale Cleaners highly. They were friendly, knowledgeable, do wonderful work, and reasonable priced!

They lost.. one of my shirts can't find brought in three items but the cashier only counted two . My fault should of paid attention to the receipt he only counted two items . But other items were ok.

Manager is very unprofessional and they destroyed my friends shirt. It was returned with holes all over it. Not to mentions the shirt was custom made. I’d avoid this business at all cost.

Dropped off a custom made shirt to be professionally laundered when I picked it up there were holes all down the sleeves, went back in and the associate gave me a claim ticket Jan 27th and said a manager would call me today Feb 8 still no call so I stop in only to be talked down to by the manager about how it’s the shirts fault and I shouldn’t buy expensive shirts next time I should buy $10 shirts not only was this disrespectful but to sit there and argue with me about how it’s not her fault not even an apology just deny deny deny regardless of what you think caused the damage It wasn’t dropped off in that condition! I would tell everyone to avoid this location if you don’t want to chance ruining your shirts and then having the manager tell you it’s your fault for not buying cheaper stuff! So unless you have “$10 shirts” you probably shouldn’t risk it
