I literally can’t imagine how this staff - Brenda and Colton - could have been more attentive and helpful to me! I had a million stupid / weird questions and they just burned through em with ease. And they listened to my particular needs! It was so genuine and kind! Service you rarely get today! I searched for the best Cincinnati storage unit and found it. This place / these people: GEMS!
