The dog wash station looked great. Everything was going well. I was rinsing my dog and then I was pressing shampoo and no shampoo was coming out so all I had to wash my dog was just water. What a waste of $25. If it’s going to be a 24hr open wash there should be someone to refill everything.

I went there to use the dog wash and no soap in either dog wash machine lost $20 and no way to contact anyone to get it back… i’m sure whoever owns this laundromat car wash and dog wash location knows They are ripping people off, who are losing money on their machines.

Used my credit card for the washer and was the only one in the laundromat at the time and was charged while I was folding clothes and not using it, then charged the next day while sitting at home. No one to call and dispute charges had to cancel my card and dispute the charges!

On 3/26/2024 @ 12 noonI put a $5 bill into the change machine. After accepting it the red out of service light came on and I received no quarters at all. Not only is there no one on site, I could not even find a phone number to call. I'm out $5! I have been coming here for years but you lost a customer who will notify all of my acquaintances not to waste their money on nothing at all at this location!

there was rainbow foam advertised, we got no rainbow foam, or any foam for that matter. there was barely any soap as well.

Well haven’t been here in over 2 years and this place is still dirt as ever. Dirt all over floor, old laundry detergent stilled on floor and people rolling carts and walking through it. Half the light’s don’t work. To me it has a funny moldy smell. But that’s just me. This place use to be top notch but has gone down hill over the last 3 years. I was surprised that they finally fixed the credit card machine. I wouldn’t come here by myself and if I did I wouldn’t come here without my friend that spits out deadly venom. Dirty dirty dirty. It is little Havana in here…

To expensive to wash restroom are close it's the most expensive laundromat in ohio it's not worth coming here never again

Tried to get change inside the laundry mat and machine did not dispense quarters. I’ve been trying to call someone with the number in website no answer and there doesn’t appear to be an employee on site.. Started drying my clothes and the dryers stop for about 10 seconds and turn the other way. It’s cost me double what I dry and they are extremely small loads. Last time coming here.
