Nice store and did get greeted when I walked up to the gun counter. I was looking for a lever action rifle and Cabela's lost my business recently.. I wanted a 357 magnum/ 38 special but with a large loop and asked if they could order what I was looking for and was told that they can't order anything from the manufacturer and have to take from what their website offers or what the store has on hand. It's funny how they will lose a $1000.00 dollar sale due to not having the ability to order what a customer wants even if they pay up front the product and willing to wait!! Big box stores really need to step up their game and take care of what you're customers want!!

Do not do any online orders and then try to return something cause they don’t know how to let you do an even exchange or anything. Go somewhere else.

I was looking to purchase a Holosun 507k x2 green dot from Sportsman warehouse. I got on their website and it said they had it in stock at this Eastgate store. I purchased the optic online. I revived a conformation email and said I could pick up the optic the following morning. The next morning I received an email stating they did not have one in stock at the store and they were having one shipped to the store with a new pickup date 2 weeks out. Then 2 days after I order the dot, they have them in stock at the store, but they won't let me one of them and tell me I have to wait 2 weeks for the one to be delivered to the store. FIRST AND LAST PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Unfortunately I purchased two items upon waiting a week for shipping the item arrived and there was only one out of the two in the box I called the Eastgate location where they informed me that they only had one in stock so they would have to refund me for the other there are other sportsman's Warehouse that have these in stock but they cannot ship from their location not sure how exactly that works you can't take care of my needed item that I purchased. You have lost my business
