Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 6:25pm I had difficulty paying at the pump. I pushed the "help" button for assistance on three different occasions. None of the store attendants responded to assist. I phoned the store twice, and let it ring more than 5 times on each phone call; no one answered the phone. Baaadddd service isn't the word, it's NO service at this location. I had to drive down the street to the Shell Station for service/gas.

My phone died in an area I didn't know and I didn't have a charger. The charger I had to buy from them was $25 and low quality.

Got a tea from the fountain and after taking a sip, realized it was bad tea. And by bad I mean sour tea like it’s been sitting for weeks. Even the smell was bad when I opened the cup. You need to do what’s right and make sure yall stuff is clean because someone will end up getting sick. I’m already feeling bad after a couple sips.

Short brown haired fat white girl with A bad attitude. It's too early in the morning for people to already have to look at you. The least you could do is your job without huffing and puffing chewing invisible gum. Find a new job that's not people facing.

I dislike this speedway a lot more than any of the other ones, Covington excluded. Nightmare to pull in or out of, tiny lot, wheelchair accessible, and handicapped parking. Store inside is TINY, limited selection by a LOT. Staff is rude except for one female employee that's civil. Bullet proof glass, lines are always insane. Customers are trashy and rude and ghetto. I only go here if I'm on empty and absolutely HAVE to stop.Otherwise I'll go far far out of my way to avoid this hell hole.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
