I visited this Speedway location last Saturday 6/15/24 @ 7.30p then visited this same location today 6/19/24 @ 7p. The same fat black woman with long black, red, and orange color braids was working. She is very unprofessional, extremely rude, and has a nasty attitude. I walked in the store and she was speaking with a customer. She mentioned her co-worker leaving and not coming back, saying “the B%#£€ left at 3 and ain’t came back “.
I walked towards the coolers and she was mopping (there were signs out on the floor being wet). I wasn’t in her way, I simply walked where she had mopped. She mugged at me (basically giving a facial expression of disappointment), and smacked her lips because I walked where she had just mopped.
I am a small business owner myself and value customer service any/everywhere.
Hopefully the owner/mgr/operator views my review and gives this feedback to the employee for improvement.
But from reading reviews on this location from even a year ago, this review will receive another automated computer generated message to visit a website.
I will no longer patronize this establishment because of this experience.

This speedway is better than the one on Montgomery Road, but not by much. The store wasn't exactly a disaster but you definitely have to watch where you walk. The lady here at the cash register did not want to put down her slushy for even a moment. She was slurping the whole time I asked if I could get a whole breakfast pizza because they have the signs and the toaster for it. "We don't have any, but you can buy one frozen." Laziness. Completely and utterly lazy. I had to ask for a bag, and then she handed it to me to bag my own items (ya know, she had that slurpee!). I did not get her name because their was no name tag I saw. Today is March 17th, 2024 10:30 am. She had the eye lashes that could fly away. The other lady didn't seem too bad. But she also contributed to the "theirs no breakfast pizza."

Friendly cashiers but drink lids, straws, cups, hot foods(pizza, wings, roller items) almost never available. Wont give you advertised/listed price if scanner says its more expensive. Speedy rewards deals items mysteriously not stocked when deal is being offered

Not open 24/7. Lady working has window working but is rude, short with words and clearly unhappy. Thats not being open.

This location is going downhill, the parking lot is full of trash everywhere. Looks like management is not keeping up on this location at all.Reply to owner: maybe just use this information and tell management to clean up?

Visited Monday, Jan 30 AM shift. I was sleepy, paid for a coffee, left it on the counter and walked away. Girl ran through parking lot trying to stop me. I enjoyed my coffee. She shall be recognized for above and beyond service.
