I ordered the self install online, I chose to pick up my modem in store. I get to the store and only one person is working there are 6 people ' hanging out' per the agent when asked if there is a line or a number system, that are still waiting to be helped. The 100 year old man that he is currently helping is obviously gonna take some time, but this wait is unacceptable. Spectrum needs to staff more than one person at a store. If I could go with alta fiber I would but they aren't in my area yet:( Altafiber is the way to go! Best customer service wish I could have kept them!

I had a great experience at the Spectrum store while activating my mobile. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this location for excellent customer service!

Worst customer service possible. Have had the same issue for months. They say they will escalate the situation then send a tech/maintenance out that do nothing.

Fioptics and satellite are both better. Spectrum is terrible: The customer service whenever I've called, the high cost, the persistent and sneaky price hikes, the frequent service interruptions. We're never using them again. The one star is for the few employees who are actually good at what they do, but that's the only good thing about Spectrum.

Walked in had to wait 40 min for a walk in, while listening to an employee take a personal call instead of taking the next customer.
Trying to switch to their mobile plan, won’t offer buyouts unless it’s a minimum of 3 lines.
No real help or alternative deals offered.

Lo and behold the stores hours are incorrect. They apparently close at 6pm everyday. Was very disappointed as I was trying to switch my services.

I went to the Cox Road store I believe it was on the 1st of May and a young lady named Jaden Rivera was working that store as a fill in for that day. She normally works at the Waterstone Blvd. Store. I just want to say that she was the sweetest most helpful young lady I've ever met in my 73 years on this earth. She was very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. She deserves recognition for her kindness and for the way she treats people. Thank you Jaden. You're the best!

All my services went out a couple days ago for overnight repair. Came back on a few hours later and ever since then my picture keeps pixelating. When I remove the wifi from the splitter it stops. I got a new splitter and it still happens. So frustrating.

absolutely the worst, slow internet, terrible customer service and charge full month after canceling 3 days into the month. Stay away don't use....it's less than 1 star but I couldn't select 0. deplorable company do not use
