WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! We were helped by a lady Diana and she was so thorough and sincerely looking out for our best interest. My phone crashed and was only staying on for a minute at a time before restarting again. They let me turn it in for money off my new phone ANNNND they kept it for over a week working on it EVERYDAY to get my pictures to transfer onto Google photos so I didn't lose all of our children's photos. Forever !!indebted!! And !!grateful!!

I am rating the Mobile service and not the store, since I did not deal with the store at all.I was told by the Spectrum rep. on the phone as I was inquiring about switching from Verizon to Spectrum Mobile service that my current phone )a two year old Motorola) was not compatible with Spectrum service. Since my phone is the newest of our five phones the decision was made and I ended the conversation. The rep. was very polite and informed. We are staying with Verizon...obviously.

I went to the Eastgate Ohio office about my phone having issues and possibly upgrading. Diana Mitchell helped me and showed me how to reset the network on my phone so that it works better. She explained the difference in the other phones in detail and helped me decide exactly which phones we were going to get and add a line also. I definitely will get in touch with her for anything else we need she was awesome!

Worst customer service and Spectrum service is terrible. Tells me to call a customer service line for billing issues because the bill is outrageously priced. Then I call and they are not taking customer service calls due to dispute with pricing with Disney. Why even tell me to call a line that is not taking calls. Then I wait over an hour to replace a broken remote while at least 3 employees wonder around the store and 2 need to work with one guest. Give it zero stars if it was an option.

Customer service is so bad, I don't understand how ppl have jobs these days. I called about my bill and the lady was so rude to me. My bill is more 54 and some change... I'm not happy with my service and my TV is always buffering

Rep needs to slow down and speak up when he is talking to people. Some of us are older and don't hear the best, plus we did not have all of the electronics when we grew up. Also, the web site is misleading in the mobile ? department.

I have nothing good to say about getting a new phone here. I do not like my new phone and cannot trade in for a new phone downgrade without paying for my phone first. Biggest mistake I ever made switching to spectrum service. I was with cricket for about 5 years paying $35.00 a month and never ever had any problems. But stupid me! Thought I would try switching. Now I pay $70.00 a month and have to pay for a phone I hate. I phone. I just want a regular android phone like I used to have and I can’t change it. Why did I ever listen to them and let them talk me into getting a new iPhone in the first place I will never know. But anyway this is just what I think and they sure don’t care about us older people who don’t understand all this stupid stuff on these phones. I don’t even use all these apps and things I don’t know how to use. I just want a simple phone.

We made some modifications on our service in April. Later in May the bill was not less but more than before. Cailynn handled both encounters and followed up with us to advise process. Really appreciate the customer service she provided!

I stopped in to return a box and had a couple of questions on how to hook up my cable to my Roku TV. The customer service representative, Robert, explained very easily how to do that, and even got me a piece of paper and pen to write down the instructions. While there, I asked about Spectrum mobile, and was sold an absolutely terrific inexpensive plan that has everything I already had. Robert took care of everything and the changeover was quick and easy. I'd like to recognize this employee for his friendliness, outstanding customer service, and help. No longer do I feel it is a chore to go through technical details that I thought I couldn't understand!

Robert gave us a "riveting experience" while we were inside the store. He gave my family and I a quick and easy experience and got us in and out within just a few minutes. All in all, a very easy purchasing of internet.

Went there a few days ago to switch to the spectrum mobile. We have had their internet since they were still time Warner cable. Never had a problem with it. I've been using the mobile service now for a couple of days and I am very satisfied. I was even more satisfied of my experience in the store. Cailynn and Diana helped me out. I was very well informed of what the terms were, I've never had a smoother switch over process. Cailynn was very helpful and informative. Diana was very nice and helpful as well, I had my 5 and 10 year old with me and even though they were on decent behavior and didn't need to be distracted she turned on a TV show for them to watch and communicated with them. Both lovely ladies were so kind and professional. I was 120% satisfied with my switch. Will recommend to everyone
