Internet stopped working. So we called they sat up a time to send someone to come out. Called back to confirm the date and time then didn't show up. We call back the next day and get told we got to wait 2 more days for there next earliest appointment. Poor service, poor professionalism.

They're tricky with slipping extra charges every month AND... they make you wait "10 days" after you pay your mobile Bill before they reset your Monthly Gigabytes. THEY took $250 from my bank on day one - charging me for a FREE PHONE for switching from T-Mobile. ??

Thomas Holbrook was the specialist who helped us, and he was the best!! Honestly, we have never had such great service from Spectrum! Thank you Thomas! You are freaking awesome ? BTW Thomas deserves a promotion and a raise. There were a few rude customers that he handled with such grace, and always with a smile!!

Did you know that if you leave the boxes of THEIR EQUIPMENT on their desks without going through the asinine process of waiting in line, they KEEP THEM, send them back to THEIR WAREHOUSE, and CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU for MISSING EQUIPMENT even though THEY HAVE IT? Sounds kinda "extra legal" if you ask me. 10/10, would let them steal money from customers again.

There was a little bit of a wait when I arrived. There is a machine to check in. The process to do that was fairly quick. I wait about 20 minutes before I was seen. I was picking up an internet package. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. Once I was seen I was done in about 10 minutes. He showed me how to set up my internet and who to call if I had questions. A spectrum technician had to come to my mom’s house to assist. I used the chat feature and it was extremely fast and within a hour a technician came out. Fast and courteous services.

I've had great experiences with spectrum but yesterday they were closed and I had an appointment at 1:20.

The staff there knows nothing but to be on their phones while you need help. Why pay them for no knowledge. You may as well just go virtual. Shut down the stores, the staff is useless.
