There Internet is slow. If you lose service they don't give credit. Switch one day into service. And the said that's fine. Get bill for the whole month said sorry we don't prorate. Do yourself a favor. Say away from spectrum.

Well after going thru multiple employees I finally got the problem fixed only to have it break again right after but now things are fixed and the technician that came out was really helpful and kind. I called for a upgrade today and the employee on the phone was yawning and just wanted nothing more than to transfer me so I hung up the phone.

Employees nice. Immediately welcome and offer to help. Negative is no parking with UC back in class. Have to drive around to find a place, depends on how long you're in the store can be expensive.

Parking can be a bit tough to find, especially with metered parking or going to the paid garage down the block or two.Came here for my Internet box like others before me but they ran out. I know it's not their fault but could have sent an email out to those who were coming here with appointments about the issue.

I just chose a store closets to me but this is for spectrum as a whole it must just be my service but I am on the unlimited everything plan I’ve called in and reported the problems wiped my devices added storage. Done everything possible. And the service IGet no matter where I’m at stinks. For example little tik tok videos or YouTube doesn’t load or takes forever or says network is un stable. Even my home internet . Is just as bad always goes in and out

I would recommend that u stop at this spectrum store. First I was trying to deliver my son equipment and the two guys that are working around 6pm was so rude to me.. instead of helping me to figure out how I can return the equipment they just basically told me to get out. As being a manager i would let my employees take a breaks because this is not near no good customer service

Our WiFi wasn't really working for our TV, so we called Spectrum to make our WiFi better and stronger. The upgrade was like a thousand dollars more, and it just got worse! When I was doing stuff on my laptop in my room, it kept on disconnecting, and it took forever to load. The WiFi on the TV got better, but on any other devices, it's just terrible. Even though the bars say that it's strong, it's really weak. So if you want to get Spectrum WiFi, don't. Worse experience ever!

This location is the only store in my four years with Spectrum that didn't allow me to upgrade my phone, although they can see my name, address, and credit card information on file. When my account created at this location, the rep mistakenly had my son's first name on it, but we have the same last name and address. The rep said that he was afraid of losing his job, but can clearly see all of my information from my drivers license and credit card on file. Laziness gets you no where in life! Stay away from these lazy employees.

Dishonest and fraudulent. Found that Spectrum has been charging me for TV services for almost a year now, that which they say they cannot find record that I ever enrolled for these services nor used them. They refuse to reimburse me for the false enrollment and when I ask to cancel services put on hold indefinitely with no result offered. DO NOT USE SPECTRUM

I bought 2 Samsung Galaxy flip 4 for a little under $2000 straight up and didn't have them for 2 days and the screen on one broke. I figured I would have a problem with the return and exchange but thanks to the manager Nick everything went as smooth as could possibly be. I was able to return both flips and walk out with 2 Samsung galaxy s22.
