I had a terrible experience with Spectrum's customer service. The representative was combative and rude when I tried to discuss my bill. The service was abysmal, prompting me to cancel all my subscriptions and switch to a competitor. Disappointing customer service led to a lost customer. Dealing with Spectrum in any capacity is already bad enough, but this has been the worst customer service experience of my life.

A went in to cancel service and I'm talking to Merci, he fixed my problem and set on the rt path with my Internet service. I still have service with them. I will always keep this company. Because of the friendly service.Necrophantom

worst customer service i’ve experienced! we walked in and witnessed 2 of the workers whispering about a gentleman that needed help. we also got told to go to this store to exchange our products and we walk in and wait 15 minutes just for them to tell us that they ‘didn’t have any equipment’.

Horrible. Dani likes to talk rude and cuss about other customers who had just left the store, to other customers while children are around. Cussing up a storm!! Makes me wonder what was said about us in front of other Customers. She also messed up when scanning in mine and my boyfriend’s new phones, so our phone numbers had gotten switched. She fixed it, but failed to mention there would be a FIFTY DOLLAR CHARGE on my account because of HER mistake. Also told me the total was $77.20, so I thought it was $77.20, but it was really $154.40 PLUS the fifty dollars taken out of my account. Spectrum customer service has issued me a refund but I won’t get it for about 5-7 business days. What an inconvenience!! Will not be back to this spectrum store. Considering switching phone providers once these phones are paid off.

The customer service is terrible they need to be trained better the Merci was real rude to me saying he didn't have time to help me upload my phone he has customers that's what he's there for. He doesn't belong in Customer Service he needs to find another line of work. He was rude. He should be fired

Do not go here, the store supervisor will not go over charges with you and he will tell you a totally different price and charge your card for something different, WillNot give you a receipt on the total amount. Also admitted in email that he has done this and spectrum does not even care.

This happens to the person in front of me the employee was hateful and rude to that customer cause they were closing early at 6pm instead of the 8pm then I got completely ignored cause it’s not the employees job to be helpful or foster a positive attitude to customer. Maybe you have get luck with service with this company but it’s clear that customers service is not there focus.

We visited the Northgate Spectrum store and had a great experience with a Customer Service Rep by the name of "MERCI". He was very knowledgeable about our request to change our service from AT&T to Spectrum. He was polite and has a great sense of humor!Merci also had a lot of patience as he was waiting on more than one customer at a time, since he was on a phone 'hold' for us and still took care of another customer.We would highly recommend Merci!BTW, HIS NAME IS FRENCH FOR "THANK YOU". WHAT A PERFECT NAME!
