If you're going to close early on a Saturday it'd be great to ensure your website is updated so we don't waste gas to attempt to ship your store. Phones just ring & ring no voice to anyone else at corporate to help - very disappointed.

Very good customer service and clean store. However, even though the store associate measured me I got recommended the wrong size; I couldn't even close the bra. Instead of asking me if she could look for another size she continued doing whatever she was doing. It did not make me feel very welcomed. Also when buying a panty the store associate did not ask me if I wanted to try on two different pairs to determine my size, no she said that I was a size M, which being at home trying on the underwear was incorrect. Even during the checkout process she continued talking about something else to her co-worker. Yes, overall the experience was good, but it was not what I expected from the other reviews and store appearance as well as pricing.

Diana goes above and beyond for bra fittings and finding adequate styles in your size, especially for bigger chested women. Store has a wide variety of sizes.

I recently shopped at this Soma location and could not be happier with the service I received from Ebony! Not only was she attentive and extremely knowledgeable, she also kept my entire visit fun due to her sparkling personality and sense of humor. I’ve always needed a little “extra support,” making in-person bra shopping a tedious chore. But Ebony had me fitted within minutes and her first suggestion was so on point I purchased two of them. In fact, she fitted me so well I didn’t want to change back into my old bra - and she was able to accommodate me by allowing me to keep the new one on during purchase! My back and I have never been happier. A million thanks to Ebony for the easiest, most fun bra shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back!

An incredible shopping experience! I’m a young adult with tons of sensory concerns and large bust that’s difficult to fit. The Soma employee (Diana) made sure that I left with not only the correct size, but a style that was comfortable and actually suited my body. I haven’t wanted to take the bra off since I bought it! Highly recommend, especially if you need more help finding a good fit!

First time there and now a lifetime customer. Their products are very well made, feel amazingly soft, and they're WAY better and cheaper than that other store with pink and black.
Also, Ebony is how I wish all retail assets were. She helped measure me and then made sure I was taken care of. All the employees were actually nice!

1st experience was great, thorough and right size. second time, their sizing was way off. they said i was the same size and i was not. donated some bras and the last person said we get $$ off for donating and they just took these. love their bras but they clearly don't understand how bras fit.

Came in today 8/6/2022 around 1pm. I want to make sure I let the managers know who I was dealing with cause I didn't catch the names of the 3 employees but this is EXACTLY what customer service should be about! It's so nice to walk into a store and be treated like you matter. Also, I knew I was wearing the wrong size bras for quite awhile, they measured me and my new bras feel amazing. Great job girls!!
