I contacted the 800 customer service number and they were NOT helpful at all and very rude! I decided to call the local store in Cincinnati, Ohio and spoke to Susie. Susie went above and beyond to help with my online order and didn't make me feel like I was a burden on her.

Kind, helpful staff, beautiful clothing, large dressing rooms. It's a lovely store all around. Definitely top notch. I'll shop there again.
