Wouldn’t answer the phone which could have saved me the drive to see if they have my part then when I arrive they don’t have it then try to send me to another parts store not even synth I was in the store before they closed and did not want to help me great way to conduct business by sending a customer to another parts store

I was physically assaulted by the counter person named Mike at the Vine St location. I was very confused by his actions. Apparently he was having a bad day. He's currently under disciplinary action and retaining.

This has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with... ever! I went to Smyth Auto in Springboro Ohio and I had a part that they ordered me for my truck and it ended up not being the correct part. Keep in mind, they ordered it, they should know what they are doing. I got the part after paying $20 extra to ship it to them and it was the incorrect one. They ordered the part for a different vehicle, not what I had asked for. I took it back to return it and they would only give me credit for the part. They kept the shipping and would not refund, even though it was clearly their fault for ordering the incorrect part to begin with. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. What kind of business keeps a customers money when it was their mistake that caused the isssue?!? I am in disbelief. Autozone would have never and has never treated me like this. I will definitely be going there from now on for all of my automotive needs! Thank you for stealing my money SMYTH!
