Leslie is AMAZING!!!! She is a wonderful hairstylist!! She nailed my brow look perfectly!! My husband even got his eyebrows done by her and we both recommend her 100% I came to her the week of my daughters wedding and entrusted her with my hair and eyebrows…she is so nice and AMAZING!!!
Stylist: Leslie!!! She’s the BEST!!! She’s friendly and she listens to what you want and she delivered exactly that for my husband and I!!

Took my 5yo to the Eastgate location in his words for the experience is “good and awesome” and “very fast”. His hair cut went very well and this says a lot being that most hair cuts end in tears or an unhappy kid.

Leslie is the best and always does a great job! She practically runs that Salon with very little staff & help. My only complaint is she needs dependable help. The desk needs staff so stylist can focus on the customer. I was a Cosmetologist for 10 years and previously owned a business. If you want a more successful salon pay a High school age person going to vocational school for cosmetology to run desk & clean up.

Was able to get in for a cut with no problems. Was asked every detail of what I wanted done and end results were so amazing. Stylists had a super friendly personality very helpful and gave me information for future use. Grace was just fantastic and I hope to have her style my hair again in the future.
Stylist: Stylists was Grace very friendly personality and amazingly thorough at her job. Made sure I got everything I wanted done just the way I wanted. Answered any and all questions I had. Even gave me a business card for future use.

Awful people! I took my mom there, and the manager took all her details and told us to come back in 20 minutes for the appointment. We went shopping and came back afterwards. When we got back a stylist who is a short, blonde woman with a double chin was there ( I am describing her because she wouldn’t give us her name). She asked me again for the details and I informed her that I have already told the manager and it is all in the system. She began to give us an attitude and said that she is the one doing the work not the manager. After she cut my mother’s hair, which literally took her exactly 5 minutes, she asked if the length was okay, and my mother asked her if she could cut it a bit more. She got pissed and said she will not cut more because she will need to do the whole haircut again! Why would she ask if it was okay when she doesn’t want to cut more? And also my mom already told her how short she wants her hair to be. She got pissed and I asked her why is she treating us that way. She said that we are the ones who are talking bad to her, even though we were very respectful to her, but because we are foreigners, she didn’t like that my mom couldn’t speak English and I had to translate to her what she was saying. We went to pay and she asked card or cash, and I gave her my card. Then she did not give us a receipt back. I asked her about it, she said they don’t have internet. How come the card payment went by then if there is no internet? She refused to give us any receipts! I asked her what was her name because I want to file a complaint, and she refused to give it to me. I asked the manager she also did not give me her name. They were all very very rude and so unprofessional!!
