This is my first review on anything ever, but my experience was so bad that I felt I had to leave one. I ordered a couch in mid-May and was told it would take about 6 weeks to deliver. 16 weeks later and still no couch! I understand it is not the store’s fault that the delivery was held up, and that it falls into the manufacturer’s hands, but SJB handled the situation very poorly. After about 8 weeks without hearing from the store, I called for an update. I received this response that day and the same response every time I called thereafter, “We don’t have an update on your couch, but I will have the manager call you back and give you more details.” Not once did we ever receive a call back from the manager. I was strung along for months by the store so I finally decided to call to unfortunately cancel my order and receive a full refund. When I called to cancel, the manager at SJB told me my order had already been canceled! Not sure how that happened, but I’m glad it did. I will never go back to SJB and urge others to not buy from them due to their lack of customer service and unacceptable quality of communication.

I had a great experience shopping for living room furniture here. The sales guy was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable about their products. We picked out a sectional, ottoman and rug. It took about 6 weeks to come in. Their white glove service is worth it for install. They were kind and respectful of our home. We love our new furniture and would purchase from here again!

I'm so happy we came back here. We went to every furniture store withing 5 zip codes and nothing hit the mark. We had fantastic service here at SJB Home Decor! Shauna was helpful in answering my questions before we even arrived at the store through email. The store couldn't be more perfectly laid out. There are so many on-trend and classic options to choose from, everything is staged realistically. There is enough space between each set to really get a feel for how it looks on its own instead of looking like how the big stores are storing a warehouse on their show floor. Shauna was SO knowledgeable about all their brands they offer and they really care about the quality of furniture they bring into store. She ultimately helped decide on our fabric choice for our Basset Carolina set. Everything was fairly priced, I felt that all their offerings were great value for price! 10/10 will shop here again

Be aware of the Policy of this store. If you purchase from here and your item dosen't fit where you planned it to go, You are stuck with it. No assistance from the store. No exchange for a smaller piece, no returns, not even an offer of return with a store credit or restocking fee. And they dont return phone calls. ?????

Staff is knowledgeable of every line they caris. There are options for all budgets. It's a no pressure environment which was key for us. I recommend SJB to friends and family regularly!
