EJ is the man. He was great helping me pick out a couch. Patient, friendly, and not pushy at all. He was very helpful. Huge Buckeye fan too. : ). I highly recommend Ej and Sim's.

I received the most amazing customer service from Mark at this store. He was so kind and considerate to our needs regarding our price options. We went into the store to look for a new couch. The woman inside was very nice and helped us look at several different ones. The had a big selection of different furniture around the store, however not what we were looking for. Excellent customer service and if we need something else in the future we will return.
