This place is prone to break-ins. They broke into my unit and stole over $3000 worth of equipment from me. Insurance only goes up to $2000

Raymond was very professional. He was thorough and he wanted to make sure I was happy with my unit. He walked me through several units and layouts so I could make the best decision according to my needs. He answered all questions and did his job with a smile on his face. I could tell that he appreciated my business. After I purchased my unit he ended everything with a firm handshake. 5-Star Service Indeed!

The property manager is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen here. He painted the bollards and when I was there Friday he was raking up around the office planting grass seed. He really cares about the appearance of the property and taking care of the tenants. He walked to my unit after getting a ladder to change my light in the unit and was friendly and talkative all the time. You could tell he did it because he wanted to not that he had to. If you are looking for a storage facility, you should really meet Raymond because he really cares. The thank you mints are really yummy also.

I experienced one of the most disrespectful and trashy interactions with the manager, Raymond at this location. My lock was cut off my unit in error and I received an email to reach out to the office concerning the situation, and it was a nightmare talking to Raymond.
He refused to listen to me explain to him that my account had never been in auction status, he kept interrupting me and after threatening to call the police on me he disconnected our call.
When I called back the phone just rang and rang, so I decided to call customer service. The agent that I spoke to verified that my account was never set to go to auction, and she emailed me all of my payment history for the rolling calendar year.
After arriving to the office he said that he realized that someone made a HUGE MISTAKE! After looking over my items to make sure nothing was stolen, he gave me a new lock. I’ve had this unit since 2020 and I’ve given this business a lot of money over the years to be treated like fodder. I received no apology for the inconvenience, or Raymond’s sassy attitude. Think hard before you rent from this location.

Don’t not ever trust this facility with ur belongings! I have been renting there for 3 months. They moved me into a unit with a broken latch then moved me to another unit and then another. Forgot what unit I was in and charged me a late fee for one I wasn’t in and cut the lock off the one I was in. Took my stuff and couldn’t tell me where it was until 2 weeks later it mysteriously showed up in the unit I said it should be in that had someone else’s lock on it. My stuff had been moved and thrown back into the unit haphazardly and missing items. I called numerous times for 2 weeks and kept getting told someone would call me and no one ever did. Finally, after calling the hotline they got the manager on the phone and he told me I should file an insurance claim. So, basically they admitted fault and said they would replace my stuff then changed their mind and decided not to tell me.
Called the number and no one wanted to rectify anything. In fact they charged me for the unit again after the property manager told me I have until the 3rd to remove my items from the unit. I am not set up for autopay but they keep auto paying. This place is a joke!!!

Raymond is one of the best manager you have. I needed a unit and wasn't sure about the size so he walked up the hill as I drove and showed me two different sizes. He didn't just point at the picture on the counter. He even asked me the gate code I wanted instead of having to remember more codes. When I was all done he gave me a couple of these tiny little tic tac containers.
Again, great service, dumpy looking outside but great person and units are nice.
