Savion was very polite and helpful setting up my account. The office and storage units are clean and neat. Dec 2023March 13, 2024After two months, iStorage raised my monthly rental rate by 13%. I received notification but no explanation. My new rate is $10 higher than the advertised rate on their website and $15 higher than it was when I signed the agreement in December. The CSR said the online rates are based on supply and demand but they show only one unit available in this size. Not sure they know how supply and demand works. Also, no way of knowing how many more increases I'll receive this year because the rates are apparently arbitrary.

Store 8661Walked into the store super easy transition from phone call to storage unit would highly recommend this store and their customer service representatives. The guy working the desk very professional and Courteous.Most of all he was very helpful with the terms and conditions and made that a priority. Forgot his name!! But wonderful experience.
