Love the workout classes at Shred! I have been doing a variety of workout classes and Shred has become one of my favorites. I love the format of the class and the combo of cardio and strength training.

I love the routine of going but never having the same workout. Breaking down a 1 hour workout into segments makes it feel so manageable. But more than anything, it’s the community. The encouragement, the challenge, the kindness, it’s all genuine. It truly is a place where EVERYONE is welcome.

Shred 415 Red Bank makes this girl who has never before really enjoyed working out, want to work out (which is saying A LOT). The class format and energy make the time go so fast. Also, the format allows for all participants of different fitness abilities to challenge themselves and get in a good workout. This is one of the only fitness routines I have stuck with consistently for any amount of time. Shred offers plenty of times to get your sweat in either before, after... or during (hello, lunch class) your workday, plus several morning weekend options. It easily fits into my schedule. I'm so happy I found Shred!

Love the concept of Shred! The combination of strength and cardio training is so very well proportioned and leveled… this is the studio that fits my personal fitness goals and is affective that i finally can see the results. There several instructors that are my favorite and i attend their classes only. Dasha Weidus is one of them. I absolutely love her classes. Energetic, empowering, motivating! Most of all i love her personal approach. She tries to give her attention to everyone in a class and makes sure that that person is doing an exercise correctly (and we all know what improperly exercising can lead to). Another thing about Dasha, she gives you enough time to rest yet doesn’t waste any time at all. Thank you Dasha for your fitness and teaching skills. See at the next class.

I love going to Shred. I don't mind driving there for 30 minutes, that's how much I enjoy it. I switched from a different studio because of Allison. I don't think there's anyone better than her. My other favorite instructor is Dasha, and I've already brought around 10 people with me to the studio, I think. ?

I am loving being back at Shred. It is helping my running speed and getting me into a good routine. Everything is very clean and the staff is great - very energetic and welcoming. I especially appreciate the strength classes they are offering.

Loved randis class but even if you have the credentials - don't try to work here if you are a student and can't afford to consistently take classes here or else they will tell you to learn the format before trying to work even if you already have the credentials. EDIT - Bassey U did call me and said I wasn't hired because I didn't know the format as a result of not taking enough classes

First time trying this gym and it was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and the class was difficult but rewarding. The instructor made it fun but pushed us to work hard.

Shred is excellent for all fitness levels beginner to advanced! As a non-runner, it can be intimidating to go to a class where a treadmill is large component of class, but the class format (‘drills’) makes it so doable! And Liz offers a great waking ‘Climb’ class, too. Oh, and shout out to the new Strength class with Lo!
