I bought a bag from them online. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. She was transparent about the condition of the bag, answered to my requests and the delivery was super fast. I won't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone. I don't usually write reviews but I was happy with my purchase! Thanks Michelle!

I was searching for a store here locally that would buy and sell quality designer items and stumbled across Shop Jacob James on Instagram. Sometimes the algorithms actually work! Lol!Michelle was wonderful and I sold some gems and left with exactly what I was looking for! Relationship built and I will be back!

THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE!! There is nothing even close to this in the Cincy/NKY area......The owner is great at what she does and knows how to treat customers. Prices are fantastic and the selection is great. I have enjoyed watching this business grow and look forward to to many more visits. DO NOT MISS THIS HIDDEN GEM!!

Beautiful high end store with hand picked pieces carefully selected by the owner Michelle. She is very knowledgable and welcoming. The purse and jewelry selection is absolutely gorgeous. There is no way you won't fall in love with something in this beautifully designed shop!

What...no reviews? I can't believe that. I adore this shop. It's right in the middle of Hyde Park Square. They sell designer jewelry and handbags. Not just any handbags...gently used designer bags. Yes...I said that. My girlfriend bought a Louis Vuitton signature bag for half the price the same gently used bag sells for at Dillards. I got the Alma yellow epi leather bag for a fraction of a new bag at the real Louis store, where it's so snobby I am hesitant to enter. Not just here in Cincinnati...everywhere I've ever been. I used to buy at Saks, but they no longer sell it here. Of course since my initials are LV I adore these bags. Yesterday I wandered in and bought the most beautiful wine colored epi leather I've ever seen. I am one happy customer. I can't wait to go back and see what new treasures they have. Gucci, Chanel and every other luxury bag you can imagine. The owner is usually here, and oh so friendly. It's a happy shopping experience. So get you luxury on (for a discount price) and head on over. You can thank me later.
