Contractor nor Sherwin Williams area representative will not return my request for failure of contractor to address warranty paint issues. The rep advised the contractor on the paint and now they won't help. Question the quality of people working with and for Sherwin Williams.

Took a sample in for a stain match . Was assured that Noah was " Amazing " at doing stain matching. It was horrible I called him to discuss it and the process he used . He said I put it on wrong, then when I said I'll bring it back to let him show me and he said " I don't want to work on it " and hung up on me . It was too light, he had piled on multiple layers and tried to pass it off. Was a big waste of time . I will never use Sherwin Williams for a custom match .

Staff is exceedingly rude and have little knowledge about their products. When asked questions “I don’t know man” isn’t an appropriate response.When they gave me the wrong sheen of paint - they attempted to charge me for the corrected replacement. When I asked about my family discount being incorrect the employee responded “just look at your receipt if you have questions. I’ve used SW fir 15 years personally and professionally in 2 states abs 3 cities a total of 9 stores. This is the worst by far. I can’t believe the staff is allowed to act the way they are unchecked. Purchased paint and goods from them 12 separate times. Today was the last straw.

The guy checking me out asked for my name to put me in their system. He didn’t hear my last name and asked me to repeat it. I did in a higher volume so that he could hear the second time, but then he gets offended and snarky that I raised my voice. What?! And then he says, “my goodness! I just couldn’t hear the first time. Dare I ask for an email?”Yeah, I know he couldn’t hear the first time, which is why I spoke louder the second time. What an absurd and unprofessional reaction. I have to go in one more time for more of a particular paint for the project I’m working on but then I’m going to steer clear of Sherwin Williams.

This was my first time shopping in Sherwin Williams so I didn't know what to expect. I went to the Beechmont store in Cincinnati, OH. What I received was superb service and an excellent product. I was addressed shortly after entering the store and asked if I needed help. I preceded to pick out colors but had no idea what kind of paint I needed for each project. I found the salesman to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After helping me make the wisest choices for each of my circumstances he carried my box of paint to my car. It doesn't get any better than that.I found the paint to be quite superior to that I have purchased in box stores. It was thick, smooth and true to color. It not only is gorgeous but it made the painting job so much easier. They have won me over, no more box store paint for me!
