Complete lack of communication to get materials. After 2 weeks of waiting, I drove 3 miles up the road to another sherwin Williams, walked in and just purchased my half a thousand dollars in materials effectively off the shelf. Instead of delaying my job by promising to get my order in, anyone at the store could’ve just let me know I could get my materials nearby. I understand supply chain issues are outside of the employees and managements control, but effective communication isn’t.

Everyone so far that I've been helped by has been great. Nice thing about a paint store is there is no way for someone to "sell" you anything. I've always had all my questions answered and the service I've received has been prompt and professional.

The Sherwin William's I visited today off of Montgomery Rd , CINCINNATI-MONTGOMERY RD. STE ECIN. OH. 45242 is the most Business oriented store I've ever shopped at throughout my 24years of being a Professional Painter. The male employee with glasses by far exceeded my EXPECTATIONS! He showed no hesitation when I , as a Professional Painting Contrator , asked for a better price on a case of brushes, that my crew and myself has searched for a better price for these particular brushes ,which always led to a dead end cause of pricing with competitors. This particular Employee gave me an exceptional price for the case without hesitation. The store was well stocked , clean , and again The EMPLOYEES was beyond courteous with handling the sale at a professional business yet friendly like mannerism. It was such a pleasure doing business with you , Mr. John Doe a.k.a. Employee of this particular Sherwin Williams Paint Store. AMAZING SERVICE , KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !

My first trip here wasn't good. The associate sold me the wrong paint even after I told him that it was for painting a pre-primed fiberglass front door. I called the store and luckily got Asia, a knowledgeable young woman who quickly saw the problem and replaced the paint with the correct formula. Today I returned to get paint for another project. Asia remembered me and again provided excellent service.
