This store and its employees helped me out immensely. Kaitlyn had me rest assured we’d figure out my paint matching struggles. I went to the store and met with Kendall who was so nice, listened to my concerns, and got me set up perfectly. Thank you Kaitlyn and Kendall for being so nice and helping me out!

I just visited this location.
Walked up to the counter and spoke with a young lady, dark hair in a red, shirt about getting a particular paint in a smaller size.
A young white blond girl, with a dark grey shirt interrupted me saying they don’t sell what I’m looking for in the brand I have. She was on the other side of the counter, further down. She did not take a look at what I had.
She was not the person who was assisting me. She was very short with me in conversation, especially when she was not the person assisting me.
She’s seems like she’s a fairly young aged girl and can use additional training in customer service. People who lack customer service and professional skills can really bring a business down. I am a business owner myself and value these skills.
I am very dissatisfied with my service at this location.

I never knew that these guys were here - I had been going to Norwood all the time and waiting around watching the paint dry (stupid - I know).This place is great. They were busy but the guy came over to me and answered my questions about some exterior stain.He was polite, knowledgeable and patient.The paint mixologist was very proficient - it was like going through a drive-thru. Just a fast, efficient operation with excellent quality products - as you would suspect from Sherwin Williams.There were no evil looks, long waits, nor ignorance that you experience at a Home Depot or Lowes. These guys at Sherwin Williams know paint and treat you like a customer.Also. They did an excellent job converting a 20 year old oil based custom color to Emeraldlatex, and the paint was an exact match. Try having Home Depot take care of this for you, and let me know how it turns out.

We went to this store to buy paint for our new house and left incredibly unsatisfied. Luckily we knew exactly what we needed because the employee there couldn't have been less helpful. It was probably the worst customer service experience I've had yet. Very unfriendly and unhelpful workers. Really a shame because the store is very clean and had everything we needed.

We had an outstanding experience at this store. Josh helped us match some stain - a challenging process, and he did an excellent job. He was very patient, and quite knowledgeable as to how to modify the water based stain to match our wood floor. He is a true asset to this store, and when we are ready to purchase paint, we will definitely come back to him. Great job!!

The team here is amazing! I went in knowing nothing. They were super helpful and patient in explaining the different kinds of paint and what would be best for my project. They also were great on giving pointers about issues that I am having, and overall just the kind of people you enjoy interacting with. Today, particularly they made me smile, as my day had started off a bit rough!

Excellent service at this location. Even if a little more expensive than the Home Depot/Lowes of the world, the customer service and shopping experience is definitely worth the added cost to shop here. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions/recommendations.

Excellent service each and every time, no matter who is working. Management and staff are amazing. They help me get the best products for the different jobs and make great recommendations on equipment. Won’t shop anywhere else for paint and supplies. Very satisfied customer.
