Car wash is broken and I didn't know. The clerk would not refund me.

Stopped to get gas and had to use the restroom. My goodness… I know I shouldn’t expect alot but man this was so nasty I chose to leave and find somewhere else. I did inform the cashier the bathroom needed attention. I guess the picture was supposed to distract us from the filth.

On pump #9, the automatic shut-off didn't work so gasoline spilled out and over the side of my car and rear wheel.. (I was standing there so it only was a couple seconds). There were no paper towels at any of the pumps so I went inside. There were 2 clerks working, with the female on her phone the whole time. I asked if I could have towels or a free car wash (they have a little automatic car wash). The male clerk told me "No, I can't do that." I said, "there is gasoline all over my car and my rear wheel, your fault, and I can't go through the car wash real quick to clean it off? If you don't let me do that, I have to pay for a car wash somewhere else and leave your station a bad review." He said that was fine, leave him a bad review. So, here it I'd. The Marathon across the street always charges 5-10 cents less per gallon, so I'd suggest going there.

Prices are alway higher than everyone around. Shell fuel rewards is always not functioning. Older guy working mornings is always completely rude and extremely mouthy. If you asking him anything he doesn't know he will tell you it's not his problem. Avoid this place and just go to Marathon.

Every other time I try to fill up at the pump ,the credit card machine is not working. I noticed specifically when trying to claim reward points on my Kroger savings .So I just give marathon across the street now

This is a decent Shell station. Their prices seem to be comparable. What I like most about it is that the parking lot and gas pumps have a ton of space. To me nothing is worse than a parking lot that feels like a bad game of Frogger trying to avoid hitting someone or being hit because it is too compact. The place is well lit and also easy to get in and out of despite being at a very busy intersection. There is a convenience store (although I never go inside those) and a large automatic car wash.

Quick place to stop in and grab a quick snack/drink or gas. The store was clean and the staff very friendly. A nice selection of items at a reasonable price.

Best gas station in my area. So clean, friendly, and fast. Corporate, if you're reading this, give Shasta and the store manager, Tracy, a huge raise. They are the reason I'm a regular customer. Phenomenal service at a gas station is almost unheard of these days and I'd like to recognize them and bring their skills to your attention. Please take care of your people! Well done ladies, you two alone created a loyal customer.

Stopped in today and I was pleasantly surprised! This gas station (including bathroom) was super clean, and smelled nice! Plenty of gas pumps, easy in and out. Will definitely be back.

Great employees. Cleanest best smelling gas station bathroom ever. Clean as my house. Shasta is the employee to thank for that im sure! Great work, you guys really turned that place around!!
