Don't ever go to this station. The gas pump ate my husband's card. When he brought it to the attention of the attendant, the attendant refused to go out and check it or do anything about it. We were forced to cancel our credit card. We will never go back here.

I bought ⛽️ gas from here on 4/9/21 mistakenly gave the cashier more and he failed to return it. I called and and asked about the camera and they claim he didn’t see it however they had $13.00 over.How do you have $13.00 over, definitely not collecting change they customers leave in one night.Very poor customer service this would be the very last station I every use again. A crook will be a crook.

This past Thursday while driving home I was looking for a good price for gasoline at a #shell station. I needed to use my soon to be expiring weekly bonus points from the #tmobiletuesday app. Passing several stations I realized that the price was about the same everywhere I drove past. So it was an easy decision to stop at Vine and W. Mitchell avenue station. Pulling into the lot from Vine Street is very convenient. The first pump I stopped at was out of order. There is a small convenience store here. It was busy this evening. The lot looks a little worn but clean & the gas pumps are fairly new. I like how these pumps the screen makes it simple to use any #kroger or #fuelrewards points. The only issue was the card reader did not want to accept my credit card the first 2 times. The third time was a charm. I quickly filled my tank. A receipt was printed out for me. It was easy to turn right out of the lot onto W. Mitchell & then drive towards #northside. With the evening now mine I drove home. Until next time stay healthy & be kind to each other. @yelpcincy #thankyouthursday

This is the one of the most dangerous and rudest gas station I ever visited. I seen people get shot, people crash the cars on the property check the news history you will see the proof. They really need to close that location down. You can't pay me to get gas there!

One of the worst shell locations I've been to. The parking lot and the inside are really unorganized and doesn't look safe as well.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would, the cashier was absolutely horrible. She was on her phone while ringing me out. When I ask a question she ignored me. The store smelt like smoke. Just an awful experience
