If you are a black male, don't ask to use the rest room. You will be told that it is out of order. Not true, white male came out of the bathroom and returned the keys. I was a witness shame on them and one less customer to worry about.

This shell on the corner of Glenway & Werk rd . They are very disrespectful to women and they act like the Taliban towards women very intimidating. I purchased tobacco and milk. I gave him my ebt card and a 20 dollar bill. He rushed and put it all through with my cash and told me he could not open the register to come back tomorrow. I went back the following day and was told to never come back. So if you are a woman please make sure a Male accompany you...they probably won't last there long. Because they're good at cheating people out of they money...and feels you don't need your change. So please make sure you check it. And I wish you had a X button on the rating bar....they would get all 5 Xs from me. I hate even giving them 1 star but you have to to post! SMH

This place is ran by a bunch of rude foreigners who are extremely greedy and Penny Pinchers. They have horrible customer service and they are always changing and raising their prices. The new owners are extremely rude and are not friendly at all. also I think their gas pumps are rigged because I never get the full amount of gas I feel like I paid for. They sell stale snacks. and if you ever go there you will wait in line forever behind a bunch of old people playing the lottery before you can just pay for gas. I would strongly advise that people don't go here and choose somewhere else to go. if you don't like Americans don't come here and open a business so you can rip us off and treat us rude..

This Shell station is down the street from one of my part time jobs. I have the Fuel Rewards app on my phone and also get fuel points for shopping at Kroger so I fill up here often. The station is located at the intersection of Werk and Glenway. I have not been in the store as I have never encountered a problem at the fuel pumps. The lot is kept clean and it has good lighting at night. The price of regular gas here ranges from reasonable to good most of the time. Turning onto Werk and into the station from Glenway is easy at the traffic light. It is a medium size station as the number of pumps goes so I don't think I've ever had to wait to pull next to a pump. This busy & safe neighborhood has a lot of nearby businesses and a lot of foot traffic. I have never seen anyone coming out of the store that concerned me or looked like they were upset or angry. Exiting the station is easy most of the time. As with most of shell stores there is takeout advertised on the sign outside. For a quick and trouble free fill up of your gas tank I highly recommend this station. To save money use the Gas Buddy app to search for the best prices and your Kroger fuel points or the Fuel Rewards savings when the screen on the pump indicates you can do so.
