“Fantastic experience with this facility and staff! When trying to locate a storage space that’s convenient and clean I happened to find Life Storage in Western Hills/Crookshank Rd. The price was affordable and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. In particular, Rob seemed to not only be knowledgeable and pleasant but also concerned about the storage space that we chose being the best choice to fit our needs and our pockets. “The service was outstanding here and I appreciate the fact that they noticed my lock was on wrong and immediately let me know. That showed me that they were attentive and not just sitting around and not caring for their tenants. I have no issues at all the place was very clean no drama Nothing. The only reason I gave it. 4 out of 5 stars is because the dust from the concrete floor can sometimes become airborne with all the sliding of your items and bins. Other than that 4.5 out of 5”
“I have ran all over Cincinnati JUST to rent a storage unit, However Every Single one Quoted me a price over the phone, n Once I Arrived they wanted to charge me way more. When I walked into Extra Space Storage,, it was So diff then the others, I was Welcomed, Walked thru Every Single Charge, ( NO HIDDEN FEES!! YAY!!) The Lady that helped me, Named Trish,, She was A Breath of Fresh Air!! She is Such a Kind Woman, She Genuinely Helped Me with a Few Issues n Made renting one of her Units Soo Much More Smoother n She's a Very Pleasant woman to talk with, n Very Approachable! I'll Never go Anywhere Else Again. I'm a Long time Lifer with Extra Space Storage,, N Soley Due to Mrs. Trish saling the Units n Very Proud of representing the Company she Works for. They were professional, efficient, and careful moving from a 2-bedroom house to a 4-bedroom house. All items arrived without breakage / blemish and they even disassembled and re-assembled our bed. “When you find something that is great share so others can experience it as well. I found Bearcat storageand Im impressed!! I was able to go online find the storage and rent it online. The first month is free! Then Denise or Lois called to provide clear and concise instructions on how to use the entrance and exits codes. They have carts inside and safe places to store them after your use. They even provided a brand new lock and set of keys for you. The next step made them not only really good, but great! The lock provided was in heavy duty plastic case and they had already cut it open!!! How many of us think of bringing scissors for that purpose. “I just recently came to Glenway storage because I had a very bad experience with public storage. First this place is extremely clean. I wasn’t expecting that.. I got two storage units. Luckily they were side-by-side. It’s like my things are in a hotel.. The pricing is great. It is definitely like night and day from public storage, which was awful and I still had time to get my stuff from there, but came back two hours later to get it & Public Storage threw everything in the garbage. Just walking in this place, you know it’s a great facility to keep your things. It’s a hotel for your things. I highly recommend Glenway Storage”

“They made getting a unit and moving in incredibly simple. But, even more amazing than that, they made moving out just as easy! I cleared out my unit and had every intention of calling to cancel. But before I got around to that call, I received an email letting me know that my move out was complete! I guess they noticed I had removed all my stuff and the lock and went ahead and closed out my account, which I really appreciate. Totally awesome facility (even if their bathrooms were out of order when I really, really needed them).”
