My fiancé and I had a great time picking out wedding bands at Scott Reising Jewelers. We received customer service and a level of attention from Pamela and her brother Scott that was much better than we found at some other local shops that we visited. They had a large stock of bands (and lots of other jewelry) available for us both to try on. Pamela was conscious of our modest budget and did not try to pressure us to consider anything we weren’t comfortable with. Also - this place is much more affordable than you think it will be!! We were very pleased with the beautiful bands we chose and their final price tag.

After going to the bigger name jewelry stores I decided to got to Scott Reising and I had a much better experience. When I went to the bigger places they showed me bands to choose from but they did not show me one diamond. My first experience at Reising I talked with Pam and she showed me nothing but diamonds. She educated me on the different colors and clarities. She even gave me prices! The next time I went I talked with Scott and it is obvious that he knows more about GIA certified diamonds than the salesmen that I talked to at other places. When I left I felt very comfortable that I purchased a great diamond and my fiance and I have gotten so many compliments. I would highly recommend seeing the Reising family Jewelers before you purchase a diamond anywhere else.

For years I've had two charm bracelets from my great-grandmother that I'd always wanted to have merged into one. Also needed a new clasp on an add-a-pearl necklace my grandmother had given me. Not only did they do a magnificent job, especially on the charm bracelet, but they also polished and cleaned both pieces. I've never seen the charms look so clean, even when my grandmother gave them to me. Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff - worth every penny. Don't try to save at a chain jeweler. If you have precious pieces, take them to Scott!

Pam met with us multiple times to ensure that the details were just how we wanted them. We were on a strict budget and Pam worked with our ideas to create something amazing within that constraint. We looooove our rings and know for certain that we have a high quality product. Pam and Scott will always be our go-to jewelers! We are so thankful for our pleasant experience with them.

I recently had the best experience with Scott and Pam while looking for an engagement ring. The customer service and the high level of listening, communication, and professionalism really stood out. Pam was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process in helping create the perfect custom engagement ring. I went into the store with a blank slate for the design. After Pam took the time to find out more about my fiance, she was able to come up with multiple designs. We settled on what turned out to be the perfect outcome. The quality of all their jewelry truly stands out from others. I look forward to coming back for the bands and any future purchases.

Scott is very nice and helpful. He's got an incredible selection of beautiful jewelry in the store but also does custom work. I had a ring resized here for a fair price- he even got it done in less than a week. I will definitely go back for my next piece of jewelry!

I have nothing but great things to say about Scott and Pam. I purchased an engagement ring from them and they walked me through everything and did an amazing job at listening to what I was looking for and keeping me in my budget. It would be a year later until purchasing wedding bands and they did a flawless job at getting us exactly what we wanted. They made the experience enjoyable in every way possible. I would highly recommend them for wedding and engagement rings.

Pamela was very patient and a great guide throughout the process of designing a custom ring. Both with my fiancee Katie first, as well as the second time by myself, she took the time to explain everything we needed and wanted to know about the various options. From end to end the experience was very low pressure and never felt like she was trying to force a sale. She helped put together the perfect ring/diamond combination, and even after we got engaged, they agreed to change the diamond setting from a 6 prong to a 4 prong at no charge. In everything Pamela did, she showed that she wanted our complete and full satisfaction. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her, and would recommend Scott Reising Jewelers to anybody without hesitation.

Was shopping for an engagement ring and a friend referred me to Scott reising jewelers, and boy am I glad they did. Shopping for an engagement ring, I came to Scott Reising Jewelers and met Scott ( the owner) and Pam (his sister). Pam was very kind, passionate and knowledgeable. I let her know what direction I was going in and she added structure to my search, giving advice on styles, quality, price and value. Her guidance was invaluable!!! Scott Reising Jewelers was the only place I trusted my boyfriend to go when we started to look at engagement rings. Pam's attention to detail and way of explaining everything made me feel so comfortable that any ring they ended up creating would turn out beautiful. I went to check out if they can place my rings together. I checked all of yelp for good reviews and this seemed like a great place! I went in and was told to wait, which was fine. When I finally got someone they were very short with me and just kept saying "well I need to see if we can". I don't know if it was just me but I just got a very pretentious vibe from the place. They came back and handed them to me and said "we can't help you". They didn't offer even an explanation but I had to assume because my ring "wasn't up to their standards". Like I said, maybe it was just me but I don't think I would recommend it to my friends.

Awesome experience! I got my fiancee's engagement ring here and Pam was very helpful in walking me through the process, showing me options and letting me make a decision I was comfortable with. The ring came out absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the results. This is the only store I visited and only did comparison shopping online. The price is probably a little higher than online or at cheaper chain stores, but you can't match the quality of personal service you receive here and for such a big purchase, that meant a lot to me.
