After spending over two grand on a cupboard it was delivered damaged with its packing falling off so we refused delivery. They said we would receive a refund in 3-5 days and 11 days later they said they were just processing our refund now. So now we wait another week. If you don’t mind terrible customer service, expensive damaged items, and them keeping your money far longer than they need to by all means waste three weeks messing with this company.

this company sold us a very expensive cabinet and when it arrived with its packing falling off and clear damage underneath we refused delivery. they say all the right words of apology and that your full refund will arrive in 3-5 days but 11 days later they will say they just got to it and you should be waiting another 3-5 days. no explanation why despite their email confirmation of when we would see our funds returned. so plan on this company hanging onto to your money for quite likely over 2 and half weeks more at least. NEVER ever shop here unless you want horrible shipping, damaged goods, terrible customer service, and you don't mind not seeing your money back for a long time. The customer bears all the responsibility and burden for their sending damaged goods.

I ordered 4 sets of headphones on 09/03/2022. They promptly processed my payment. Then I waited. And waited. I inquired on 09/14/2022 and was told my new ship date was 09/22/22. That date came and went. I inquired again on 09/29/22 only to get an email this am saying that my 1 (single????) headphone would ship on 10/28/22.I understand that there are covid related delays. I want to know why no one thought to send an email that the order would not be fulfilled for 60 days. If you do not have a product and have no idea when you are getting it back in why is it available on their website? Why did I have to chase after customer service to find this out? I have asked for the order to be refunded. I will be placing the order elsewhere and will never order from them again. Customer service and communications matter.

We needed 2 classroom tables and ordered them in January we were told they would arrived in 2 weeks. Shipping was over $150. It is the middle of March and we still do not have the tables. We tried several times to cancel the order and were told that there is a cancellation fee and we would not receive a full refund. This company is not reliable and we would never order from them again.

I wanted to purchase ONE pair of child's science goggles. Like $11.00 and change. This company gouged me for $21.00 in "shipping and handling". School Outfitters is a racket. Yeah. That's "what else I got". So not leaving you "hanging". More to add: the gift I bought I expect to be delivered very soon. And the "more to add" is that I would never recommend this company to anyone.

One of the wheels broke off a lectern that we purchased 4 or 5 years ago. Even though they couldn't find the order (I didn't have the original order available), they offered to send us replacement wheels free of charge. This will certainly have me looking at their company the next time we have to purchase something.

Do not use this company! They will tell you what you want to hear about delivery dates but nothing actually gets delivered on time. Don't even try to get an update on your order or a straight answer from customer service. If you don't hound them, they won't even bother contacting you. I'm two weeks into school with no desks and no answers.

It's rare that you can contact a business a year later and still get incredible Customer Service-This is what you get with SchoolOutfitters.com. My HOA purchased come Outdoor Tables from this website last year, I needed a replacement top this year, Caitlin was simply AWESOME! Not only did she help me, she went out of her way to help me. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!

It has now been nearly TWO MONTHS since I ordered a height-adjustable stool When I received the first notice of backorder, I thought, okay, a lot of people are working from home so it's not surprising to have a backorder. I decided to be patient. Now I have received two more notices of backorder. Each time the "backorder clears" date arrives, they push it back further. And I wait. Not only do I wait, but they have offered extremely poor customer service. They have not apologized for this continued delay. They have offered no compensation for this continued delay, such as a waiver of the delivery fee, a discount on the item, etc. Product ordered : January 17 Notified on January 19: "is on backorder until 3/2/2021. Your order should ship 1 to 2 business days after the backorder clears" Notified on February 23 : "is on backorder until 3/10/2021. Your order should ship 1 to 2 business days after the backorder clears. " Notified on March 9: "is on backorder until 3/19/2021. Your order should ship 1 to 2 business days after the backorder clears. "

Buyer Beware! No Backsies. Just purchased a height-adjustable stool. The seat cut off the circulation in my legs and therefore was unusable. When this was communicated and I asked to return it, they declined. The "customer service" is an utter farce. They couldn't accept the product back because "it was assembled." The 30-second assembly required inserting a pole into the base and the seat. Okay, sure. It's one thing to sell inferior products. It's another thing to screw your customers with a 0% satisfaction policy.
