Bob and Rick are excellent at what they do. It is so nice to go someplace for shoes where you can still actually be fitted! They are patient and won't stop until you are happy. My past purchases are over 10 years old and still being used. It's worth the $.

I bought a pair of shoes from SAS the other day. I like the employees attention to customer needs which is something you don't find in most other shoe stores. Even though they are more costly than brands made overseas, the quality is definitely worth it. Especially if you have orthopedic issues these shoes are a good investment to provide support and comfort. Also, some styles made be paid for by Medicare if doctor reccomends.

If you buy shoes at this store, be absolutely positive that you like the shoes when you leave. I returned a pair of shoes that was not accepted because the girl said I’d worn them outside…I had not…and coke or something was spilled on them. I don’t drink coke or any soft drink, and could find no indication of a drink spilled on the shoe or shoes. I just lost a little over $200 plus tax.; just be aware it is not a friendly return store.

SAS shoes are the most comfortable possible and the staff at the Montgomery store are very knowledgable and friendly.

Just took an elderly parent to this shoe store at the recommendation of her DR. I can't say enough about the service of Rick and Donneta, the Store manager and someone visiting from their district office. No exaggeration, all 4 literally had a shoe box or shoes in their hand helping her. Why, mom has a unusual issue with her toes. They were determined not to sell my mom a pair of shoes, they were determined to find her shoes that would work for her. Leaving this review for anyone like myself, that's never heard of SAS shoes.. I hadn't, but I will be taking my Mom back there, and I may take a peak for myself. These shoes are very soft, give her the deep pocket toe room, and have a great insole and sole. All that's great, but it's more than that. The 3 employees from the store were outstanding, and the lady from the district office was also super! Very knowledgeable. Thank you. True customer service at its best. If you ask me, it's a thing of the past, but not when you walk in there! I told the manager I'd be back to see her! And I will! Thx for taking such good care of my Mother!

Incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable staff. The shoes are pricey, but if you have foot issues or just want well made shoes, this is the place!

Great service. Was fitted properly with my orthotics I put in my shoes. Orthotics were not right untill I got the proper shoes and size.
