I bought the wrong hair. I wanted to do some twist and the hair I bought was not suitable. I called to speak to the owner and she would not even get on the phone. I just wasted my money there but will never go back. The empty store should have been a clue.

I bought 2 SF Edgeboosters that say no residue or flakiness, but it caused a white film and horrible flaking on my daughter's cornrows and box braids. I used one and didn't touch the other. I noticed one of the other reviews said they wouldn't give them a refund on unopened products. Their response was that they would take the review under consideration. So I called and explained the situation to them and asked if I could return the unopened item. They said no. I'm a business owner, as well. I'm sorry, but I won't give business to a place that doesn't stand behind their products. They charge a much higher price than another place I bought 3 other fragrances of the same product from the same day. I would've given one star, but they were very friendly and helpful while I was there, so I added another star.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I was impressed by the variety that this store has but I discovered the hard way that they have a no return policy that is not explained during the purchase. I purchased hair accessories that I did not even use. One of the items broke before I could even put it in my hair. I was willing to take the lost on it but the other items I had not even used. The items were still non refundable even with the receipt and still being in the packaging. They also refused an exchange for items. This is not good or fair business practices in my book so they have lost a good customer! I do hope others read this and make them accountable.

The lady was following me around the store like I was gone take sum made me feel very uncomfortable then when I said sum they was very disrespectful I ask why you keep following me around the store I got money they start talking crazy every corner I went she went piss me off it’s always the Chinese people thinkin everybody gone steal I hate them kind get out our hood take y’all self back to China

They have a great variety and blonde crochet and in the twin packs of track hair they have a great go to store for outfits shoes and purses they have really dope accessories you never know what you’re going to come into and I brought this bomb hat months back I love it
