The manager at the register was great. Some uzbek store cashiers don't wanna talk to uzbek people even. idk, maybe they think talking nicely to their own people is a shame. But not in this store. Cool staff, cool atmosphere. Respect for the manager/cashier

While Samarkand store offers a wide variety of products that I enjoy, my recent experiences with their customer service have been disappointing. The cashiers consistently lack politeness, rarely smile, and sometimes even come across as rude. It's disheartening to witness employees who seem disinterested in their work and in serving customers. I've recommended this store to friends, but they've also encountered similar treatment.It's crucial for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction, especially considering the role cashiers play as the face of the store. While I appreciate the store's offerings, I believe management should focus on improving their customer service standards. I hope this feedback reaches the attention of the managers and prompts positive changes.
