My Stylist was Donna. I had a terrible experience 2 weeks ago, because of a relaxer I received, after she washed the relaxer out I noticed some hair was missing on the right side I asked her about it she lied and said "Oh no your hair is ok" I noticed.the bald spot a week later after my curls loosened up. i called her again asked her if she could accommodate me for loss.of hair her response was '"we are all struggling out here, conditioner cost , I have to pay rent for both my home and salon and by the way you have two jobs ". This was very unprofessional comimg from the salon owner. What a horrible person. I will not be back.
