I was a client of Robins for over a decade when it was called Compro Tax. Robin was always efficient, fair and did well educating her clients on how to maximize returns of their hard earned money. She's now retired, but I chose to stay with the place. HUGE MISTAKE. After giving Gail my W2s back in Feb,receipts,expenditures from my real estate business. I was a)Continuously pushed back further from completion b)Always a reason why she couldnt return phone calls concerning my preparation c)Overall poor communication of what she received via email. At her premiun fees she charged 2020 (in comparison to other preparers rates) you'd think she'd be fast but She treated the job as if she was doing my prep FOR FREE! 1 week before deadline May 10th 2021. - I walked in just to be told "I'm very busy etc, appointments etc so You may need an extension". And No one was in the waiting area but me. Needless to say, I got my docs to have a professional that values my Time and Money. That Place is a Joke now. Support Businesses that Deserve your Patronage. This one Doesnt.

Ive been a customer with Winners Tax services for a few years now. Robin was our tax preparer, and what a beautuful spirited and wise tax preparer was she. My spouse and I were a complex cases, with me being a child care provider, owning property and spose being a retiree from another state and currently employed in Ohio, we came intimated, and not always prepared. Robin was patient with us. She took her time and slow walked us through the entire process. As tax laws changed, so would our outcome, but every year Robin, came through. Last year Robin retired, so image the fear that I had, knowing this. She assured us that the hands she was placing us in, was her equal and for sure, she is. Gail is now our tax preparer and we honestly can't say enough about her energy, patience and attention to detail in handling our nerves and tax affairs. We honor the women that work at Winners Tax Services and highly recommend their services!!!

I scheduled an appointment to have my taxes prepared. I arrived on time however I was told that I had people in front of me who arrived late. At the behest of the preparer I left my W-2 with her. I called the same day to check on the progress and was told to leave my phone number and she would return my call. I received no phone call from her. I returned the next day to review the tax return and sign it. I was told that the tax return was not done. It was not even started! Without any explanation or apology she simply asked me if I wanted my W-2 back. I took my W-2 and left. I've been a customer there for a very long time. There's no need to name anyone because when you go there you will find out for yourself. These are the facts, no emotion. Only the facts. This is not FAKE news!
