Ask for a detailed estimate upfront. They may give you a price on a piece of paper and then when it comes time to do the business, ours was doubled ? Nothing like being jerked around for a bunch of months . Definitely using another company.

We remodeled our house and had Ryan‘s glass for all our shower enclosures over the last two years. We wanted a big frameless shower enclosure for our master bathroom and Ryan’s glass was the only one to get that job beautiful done. I had more than 3 other companies in for estimates and all other said that we couldn’t get a frameless shower enclosure. The measurement guy ( I’m bad with names?) from Ryan‘s glass understood our vision.All employees were very kind and and easy to work with. A big plus for us was that they have a showroom. We went there and could see and talk about what we wanted to have.We especially liked that they glued the shower panels to the wall or together in the corner and used minimal hardware. That was exactly the look we had in our mind.The other two showers were a smaller project but look very beautiful too.I‘m so glad that I found Ryan‘s glass.

They repaired my custom shower door enclosure. We had issues with it for 3 years and it got so bad it was leaking into our living room. The tech came out and found the issue on the frame and the hinges. They came out and repaired quickly and at a fair price. Now our shower doesn't leak. Good, fast, and affordable.

We had an addition built on to our home. Part of it is a big new shower. We received several estimates for the glass shower enclosure from several companies. We chose Ryan's All Glass and we are so glad we did.They were competitively priced and their installers were awesome! Very professional, and friendly. They did an immaculate job. Cleaned up after themselves and explained everything fully. I highly recommend this company.This company is the kind of company I really miss dealing with. You know from back in days when customer satisfaction and a job well done were the gold standard.

Ryan’s did an excellent job on a glass tabletopper and glass insert for an older front door. Everyone I interacted with was very courteous and professional. Added bonus was that the wait time for my items after Ryan’s measured was far less than expected. Highly recommend.

Had an extremely frustrating time with scheduling and rescheduling and measuring 3 times however, the end product is BEAUTIFUL and works wonderfully. The paint on the wall was chipped as well so I'd just advise you have them install before painting.

Absolutely avoid Ryan’s glass like the plague. We’ve been “working” with them for over 6 months trying to get shower doors installed. They’ve come to the house, had the wrong measurement, and “re-cut” the glass SIX times. How does that happen. It’s the SAME measurement, wrong, six times in a row. They have the key code to our house to come ANY time regardless of if we are home and yet on the 5th attempt, after coming in when no one was home 4 times prior, used us not being home as an excuse to not complete. Now we’re on try number 6 of getting the measurement right and they still can’t figure it out. One time they came in and let our cat out and made zero progress. They don’t communicate with the homeowner when they’ll be coming. Super bad service as they literally can’t get their act together after measuring the same space six times. If our contractor hadn’t already picked them to do business with, we would have pulled the plug ages ago. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went with this company on a recommendation from a friend and wish I didn't. Everyone I dealt with had a bad attitude and was never helpful. They told me the project would be done around 6 weeks and it took well over 3 months to get the shower door installed. They never called with updates and when I would call was treated rudely. At one point I wanted to cancel the order and go with another company as the other company could get it done quicker, but Ryan's All Glass refused even though there was nothing in what you could call a 'contract'. They finally call one evening to say they have the door and want to install it the next day and when I tell them I wouldn't be able to get off work they act like it's a big inconvenience. It was a big headache in a bathroom remodel I didn't need and shouldn't have happened. If they ever showed any consideration during the process or called me back when they said they would, I would probably be a bit happier. I'm sure someone will reply on this review saying they are sorry this happened but that's just for the public appearance, when it comes to actual customer interaction they are terrible and aren't worth the cost or hassle.

Ryan’s All Glass sent out the A-Team today to install replacement windows in my 1960 mid century modern glass house. It was a super custom job as my windows are giant 7’X8’ units; sitting inside of thin wood trim framing. They also had to remove two old sliding glass doors and did a seamless replacement (fit for YouTube). Before leaving they also fixed a faulty lock on my remaining sliding glass door and adjusted the wheels in the track mechanism so it would close properly Adam, Gary, Josh and (rookie of the year) Quinn went above and beyond, and then some. I have been on the schedule for nearly a month to have my windows done, received a voicemail today (the day of install) that said they have to reschedule me because "they haven't heard from me".... why would they have heard from me when they are scheduled to come do the work today? Show up and do the work. The only contact I had prior was a voicemail saying they would arrive today between 10am and 2pm. If you can't make it for some reason then say so but don't claim it's because you haven't heard from me.
