I drive across town to just to get my car cleaned, I live in East Walnut hills they do an outstanding job on my car. I tell everyone that Royal car wash is the best in town. You have a customer for life. Keep up the great JOB!!!!!

I'll change my rating if I end up going back but I didn't even get a chance to get serviced. I went and waited until they opened, I cleaned my car while I waited and I saw an employee getting things ready. He came outside and saw me when he pushed the towels out, and went back in. Around 15-20 minutes after "opening time," I went to the door and it was locked. I didn't see anyone so I called and no answer. Waited around for another 10-15 minutes and no one ever came back to the front. I had been there for almost an hour at that point and had to take care of other things so I just left.
If the time was wrong on Google, at the very least he could've come out and told me if they spend at a later time. Not a very good look already on service, not to mention it's very rundown and mixed reviews.

They do an excellent job of cleaning and washing my 2 vehicles. The employees are always friendly. This is an awesome car wash.

I've been going to them for twenty some odd years, and still come back even though I now live a fair distance away. Sure I go to a local fully-automated place for a quick wash. But when I want a better and more thorough job done I make the trip to Royal. Good people. Fair prices. Great work.
