shopped this location on 12/03/2023 I have shopped at this location many years. On this occasion I was unfortunately appalled at the condition of this store. I attached pictures of some of what I seen, this is ridiculous and unacceptable. I would hope one of your goals would be to give your customers a good experience when they are in there to support your business, agree? After what I experienced today it's highly unlikely I will ever shop here again. I hope this issue is resolved soon for your sake.

There are some good deals on lots of items if you have the patience to deal with the slow check out. The staff move so slow it’s like they’re going backwards.If you think a trip to Walmart is maddening? lol, yeah.

So it’s still early may I say in the day… but went to roses this afternoon to grab a few things for the house and got ready to check out and that’s when I meet Negative Nancy at the register. Now she was the only lane open so when I got to her she looks at me like I just irritated her whole life I said HELLO, no response from her so I asked her is it ok to put my stuff up here, she said YEAH asked for a price check for my last two items she just rang them up and told me my total I asked again she told me the price for them so rudely I was so discussed at her customer service her body language and her facial expressions that I told her to put my receipt in the bag she just looked at me waiting for me to grab it from her. If I had snatched it I would have been wrong but I did tell her she should invest in a new job cause this one ain’t for you. I shopped here off and on it’s close to my house but I’m sorry ROSES you should really invest in some friendlier cashiers. ZERO stars for the young cashier working today

It's an alternative "Big Lots"-type store. I was able to find a few unique items at prices I was happy with. The employees seemed helpful. The automatic door at the entrance was not working.
