Lived here for nearly 6 years.
Convenient location to most of Cincinnati. Very kind and cooperative staff. Move in / move out process was smooth with no problems. Quiet location, tucked away with a private parking lot. There have been a lot of renovation projects that have been done over the past couple years that have improved the aesthetic of the units/property. Cost was a bit high, but the surrounding area and convenience made up for it. Maintenance issues happened rarely but were handled professionally and in an appropriate amount of time when they did occur.
I planned on staying here much longer, but had to move due to a job change. I would recommend to any single individual or small family looking for a safe and comfortable place to live.

I ask for heat and since it’s been cold I have not even felt any heat in my apartment or my wall heater it’s winter time why we can’t get heat this is absurd

Home sweet home! This place has a home feeling attached to it, neighbors are nice and respectful and maintenance are helpful and address any work orders within a week unless its emergency, then a maintenance would be at the apartment within one hour of calling the emergency number. I highly recommend this place to my friends

I absolutely love my apartment my only complaint is that the previous tenant was a cigarette smoker, and the walls in my opinion wasn’t cleaned prior to the new paint job being done. I should have been notified of the odor prior to me picking up my keys on 5/31, I could’ve possibly extended my time in my previous apartment to allow more time for the odor to be treated, and removed now I’m stuck with trying different remedies to get rid of the odor.

We viewed a 2bdrm it was fine just not for us. My review is for Tamar the property manager. In any business there is customer service which I am always sitting in judgment. Lol! Fath Properties Ms. Tamar made such a positive impression on us that we talked about her more than the apartment. She was very thorough and personable in explaining everything that we really didn’t have any questions.Although we went a different way Ms. Tamar represented your company well. 4 ⭐️ service!

I have been living here for about two years now. This place is quiet, which I think is the most important thing. Location is great for shopping and going for a jog. The staff is responsive when appliances don't work.Occasionally, water is cut off for maintenance. The AC is a bit loud. Sometimes at weekends, neighbors can be noisy, playing music or talking super loudly.

Great Location, Great Management. I've lived her now for 4 months and the location is great. Near Oakley Station and easy commute to anywhere in the city. The management really helped me get into my apartment by working with me while I was going through a divorce. They really care.

I use to live here and crazy as it is now my friend does. Friendly residents, good space for the price, not to far from shopping necessities. Time to upgrade the apartments, still dont have a secure package location or system even since I lived there and mtc needs major improvement. Photo shows what my friend said was left for months now. Ridiculous!

After spending some time considering how my time here was, I decided to leave an honest review. The staff on property was nothing short of understanding. They really did help us multiple times and made for a comfortable move-in experience. However, no matter how much the place was a simple and comfortable place to live, I just can't recommend it after all the unexpected hoops we had to jump through upon moving out. I just wish the communication with the property management company could have been more transparent and responsive.

The walls are extremely thin, the parking lot is always full of cars (from residents of different buildings and visitors), the bathroom was never cleaned before moving in so that there is yellow all over the ceiling and hair from previous tenant. whenever there is an issue requiring help from the property manager it has NEVER been handled in a timely manner. My mailbox has been broken for a month and I have called in multiple times to be made false promises of 'we will fix it today'. I really struggle to find any silver linings for Romaine Court Apartments.

By far the worse management I’ve experience. I wouldn’t recommend at all. You will never get in touch with nobody when needed. It’s not even worth what they charging per month for rent. Only move there if your desperate for a place.

Location is great. Close to grocery store, highway, gym, tons of restaurants. Its decently priced. However, neighbors play music very loudly and late into the night. So, if you have to get up early for work it starts to get tough. You can try complaining to the staff, but nothing will get done besides an email saying its unacceptable.
