We took a cold call, which we rarely do, and asked a lot of questions to verify validity. I'm glad we did. The whole process was simple and Sean made it easy. He kept the process moving as quickly as we could get him the needed paperwork. Closed on the loan in a couple of weeks. Thank you!

If you are considering a purchase or refinance, you should absolutely use Theresa at River City Mortgage! I have worked with her a few times now and she is not only friendly & helpful, but she gets the job done as quickly as you get paperwork turned in to her.

Michael Demchak at RCM was amazing to work with. I had been receiving many calls over a period of time to refinance and wipe out my debt but there was something that told me I had to go meet with Michael.
