Bought an x5d from them and couldn’t have had a better experience. Prices lower than private sales and much lower than other dealers would have listed a fully loaded car. Runs great and was exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be back for my next car! Highly recommend shopping with them very upfront and honest people.

I Purchased a 2012 Mini Cooper Clubman S in October 2022 from Ridley Auto. A little over a month of owning the car it stoped working. The car was in for repair for over 6 months for electrical issues/fuel pumps. It has now been back in my possession for 3 weeks. While Ridley did pay for a tow and the first two diagnostics the overall situation was handled poorly. I spent roughly $5000 in repair cost which would have been well over $10,0000 if the Mini dealership hadn’t cut me a break due to the circumstances. I highly recommend doing thorough research/ check over before purchasing any car from Ridley.

Recently purchased a 4Runner that had an a/c issue. They agreed to fix the issue which we initially thought was one problem, but ended up being completely different. They, with the help of their mechanic took the time to fix the problem correctly instead of putting a bandage on. Would definitely buy from them again!

Checked a Lexus SC. Car had no coolant in it when I inspected it. The cars transmissions 4th gear was completely non existent. Didn't bring that up when I asked to check the car out. (It has a 4 speed... I read the owners manual when I inspected the car because it didnt feel right.) So no overdrive.. probably get horrible mpg driving in 2nd and 3rd on the highway lol + squeeky bumpy suspension + lucky to have 150 horsepower+ dinged quarter panel and rear end + clear coat and paint failure + a dash or two of rust for $6500. It had nice tires and the engine was smooth.. for how long without coolant? I get its like a 30 year old car but jeeeeez. Obviously they don't care what they sell you. Dont pull in their parking lot either you might pop a tire. Rating 2 stars out of courtesy but I had a 1 star experience

These guys are AMAZING. I’ve bought 2 cars from them and they bought my car as a trade-in. The level of detail that they go to clean and repair their cars is top notch. They WORK HARD! Both cars I bought from them were in excellent condition, no issues, and so clean, they were like new. Plus they are super-friendly, and professional. We purchased my daughter her first vehicle from Phillip today. We didn’t have a specific vehicle in mind. We drove over an hour to check out this car lot because of the great ratings.Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to make this a great buying experience. They are very knowledgeable and honest. The price was right too. The vehicle is an As is. But they told us if we have any issues to bring it back or call and make them aware. They said they would do anything they can to rectify the problem. I highly recommend when you are looking for a vehicle. They sell a wide variety but really focus on Toyota’s and Lexus. Based on past experiences, car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do. If everyone was as honest as these guys, car shopping would be a lot more fun. I hope you will give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!!!! Steffen and Philip were so easy to work with. I wanted a solid first car for my boys and they really did a great job finding a car that met our needs and within our budget. I highly recommend Ridley Auto to anyone that wants fair pricing on decent cars!!!

Bought a Lexus LX450 from Ridley, and we are very happy! Drove from Boston to pick it up. They were great every step, or should I say mile along the way :)They were very accommodating since we were buying site unseen. Very professional and knowledable. Customer service was the best I've seen from a dealership. I'd buy from them again. Highly recommend!

I bought a 98 mustang gt 68,000 original miles from these guys they are very determined to make a lasting name for themselves as a quality seller of automobiles. I was told its a great car and thats a understatement. This car needed no mechanical work only a few cosmetics added by my personal preference. If you think you have a honest car salesmen you are mistaken unless Ridley autogroup is your used car suppliers. I gave 5 stars because i couldn't give 6. Very professional friendly reliable trustworthy. Quality car suppliers and garage to repair your currently owned vehicle. Go in to meet these businessmen you'll not regret it. They are very knowledgeable about 1980s-2000s soon to be (historical vehicles). As well as modern dependable family cars and luxury/sport. If you need anything car related look no further they will happily assist in your hunt for quality repairs or quality used cars. I waa not paid to endorse these guys nor does my praise be given easily but as shared above they earned every word.
