The “WOW Factor”with Rick and his fellow agents should be applied when speaking about his extremely kind and communicative, professional agency!
They have always given us service exceptional service as one should expect from their agent!

Incredibly friendly staff. They've always paid claims quickly and I even got a note saying they were sorry we had storm damage to our home. As for price, I've had my in-laws switch to State Farm and save a bunch over where they were currently insured. Can't say enough about how well Ive been treated with them over the last 30 years.

Not very good. Expensive and poor customer service.
Never even met Rick Brown, and I took the trouble to go to his office for just that reason once. Staff intercepted me and said they could answer all my questions themselves. Well, OK.
More than once I've had matters that needed followed up on that didn't. Like nobody called me with news, to where I had to call to find out what was happening. Turned out they had news, but just dropped the ball communicating with me. I mean - it's a lot of stuff like that.
And it's expensive. I mean - it's State Farm. You're paying for the service. Progressive at least returned calls.
