Wonderful, unique residences here with covered parking and an elevator, in the middle of this vibrant neighborhood. The place is well taken care of and clean.Some of these places have beautiful views of the neighborhood.You are surrounded by great restaurants and bars as well.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience living here! The front off staff and maintenance crew are so very friendly, helpful and did a great job making you feel apart of the community!! The maintenance crew are very friendly, and respond to requests quickly! I have never had such a wonderful experience in an apartment! Location is great too!

Sarah and her team do a great job of making DeSales feel like home! The personal touches make you feel like you’re living in a close-knit community. From fun and engaging activities to gift wrapping stations at the holidays there’s truly nothing that they haven’t thought of! If you’re looking for a great apartment complex at a reasonable price (with covered parking!!) and in the heart of a unique neighborhood then DeSales Plaza is your place!

You won't find another management team that cares as much about their community and the individuals who live there. I've truly enjoyed all my interactions with them. Sarah is amazingly generous, easy to talk to, and on top of everything! It's extremely apparent that she wants to make everyone feel at home. I think DeSales Plaza is top-notch!

My girlfriend and I moved to Cincinnati a year ago from out of state for work and are incredibly glad we chose DeSales Plaza. Sarah gave us a virtual tour of the unit and worked with our schedule. The Plaza has a very large elevator and made moving in all of our furniture very easy. Our unit on the 3rd residential floor had brand new carpet, was freshly painted, had stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washer and dryer. The units on the 3rd floor also have balconies, electric fireplaces, and vaulted ceilings in the living room. Parking at the Plaza comes with free underground parking and there is always extra parking for guests on the upper uncovered level. You also have access to the amenities of the other buildings that includes two gyms, two clubhouses, a pool, grills, an outdoor fireplace, and dog park. The staff is very friendly and prompt with any issues that arise. The property also does social events 4+ times a year with free drinks, food, and entertainment that helped us meet new friends. For us the location is perfect as it close to Cincinnati Children's Hospital and the University of Cincinnati, as well as a 10 minute drive to Over-the-Rhine and downtown. There are also nearby restaurants, bars, and shops. The Plaza is across from a church that does have bells that play often, but you get used to it. There is also a Fire Department down the road so hearing sirens is not uncommon.

My wife and I moved to Ohio from California and this was our first home here. Could not have asked for better. The office staff are nice and always helpful. The maintenance staff are real MVPs and they even helped my wife change her tire when that clearly was not a part of their job description. The building and grounds was well maintained with a great community atmosphere. They would throw socials often and always had good food and drinks. The neighborhood as a whole was also great with a couple local bars/breweries. The local cheese shop, Urban Stead, is amazing! They also have several cool coktail bars. Getting downtown or over to UC/the medical center is incredibly easy. All in all, we loved this place. The only reason we moved was because we found a house nearby.

I lived at Flats 1 before moving to a 2-bedroom here in Plaza. The staff has been consistently great, and the maintenance people go far out of their way. Currently Don and Tim, but Steve and Glen were also great. We've had hot water heaters replaced proactively and never had any issues that were not dealt with very swiftly by the staff. The residents are pretty quiet and friendly. Some older people, some medial residents/grad students, a few UC professors, even had a few young families that lived here a bit with young children. Overall very peaceful place to live and great to be able to walk to bars, some very nice restaurants, nice neighborhoods for walking. Direct and very quick bus routes to UC, Children's, downtown etc. Very quick access to 71. So happy I've lived at DeSales Plaza/Flats for 5+ years.Again, solid units, very well maintained, BEST staff at the office and in maintenance. Sarah and Noah are awesome.

Moved into Desales Plaza a month ago. Loving the location and the entire staff is professional, kind, friendly, and efficient. Apartment has needed some minor tweaks that Sarah, Don, and the staff have responded to very quickly. The building is well maintained. Prior to moving in, the apartment was equipped with new appliances and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. This is a great place to live with a friendly and professional staff.
