The staff (Carol Lee and Kelly) are truly exceptional! My brother had an insurance change in middle of motorized wheelchair rental and it was processed seamlessly to the new. They are the most friendly, helpful and professional team you could ask for! They have stayed right on top of any service order, keeping us informed step by step! Kudos to Carol Lee, Kelly and the Service Team! 10-Star more appropriate!

My mother’s power wheelchair has been sitting in her living room for MONTHS. They have told her her parts are on back order. They have NO alternatives, no loaner chair available, no backup plan for when their chairs inevitably break. They simply leave handicapped and elderly people to fend for themselves. For MONTHS. And this is not the first time.

I’m riding around in a broken wheelchair and it has been this way for weeks now and I’m still not getting any answers. I’ve had a bad time with this company from the beginning and it amazes me how little this company cares. One good thing is I’m hearing I can have a 3rd party fix my chair since this place isn’t…thanks rehab medical! For nothing

Cost WAY too much. Out-Of-Service for 3+ weeks.After being backordered, sent the WRONG part - backordered again. STILL not fixed !!

I purchased a power chair from Rehab Medical and it quit working. I called them and they sent a service technician out August 1 of 2022. They informed me that the motor was bad and they would have to order a new one. After calling them several times, I received a voicemail telling me that they finally ordered a motor on August 19, 2022. Now here it is September 22, 2022 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE A REPAIRED CHAIR!! I have Multiple sclerosis and I am dependent on a power chair. My most recent phone call was made today, on September 22, 2022. Unfortunately the phone call was not answered by a human being and went to voicemail. I left a message and hope to hear back from them before the end of the year. They are more than happy to sell you an item, but good luck on getting any repairs you might need.

I love my new electric wheelchair. It's just about perfect for me. Everyone that I had contact with from Rehab Medical treated me like a queen. Thank you for being so kind and courteous at all times whenever I called the office with questions. A definite 5 star rating for Rehab Medical of Cincinnati the store and the staff.

They were phenomenal in the work they did. They also were prompt and courteous. If I ever have another issue with my power chair I will call them without hesitation.

It's been two months waiting for springs there customer service is horrible I receive no call about the status they won't let me get a rental wheelchair its absolutely no help I even talked to Kevin from customer relations and still no help or efforts has been done to fix my wheelchair and this is the company I purchased my chair from.
