I’ve have worn Redwings for 30 years. I needed a new boot with all day comfort and Eric steered me in the right direction. Most comfortable boot I have ever worn and no break-in time.

Great selection, the platform they measure your feet on worked very well. Also, that foot scanner help me get a pair of orthotics to put in the shoes since I have plantar factitious.

Our company provides yearly safety footwear. Red Wing happens to be one of the suppliers, and as many of us have learned, customer service can be hit or miss depending on the location. The (10128) store is a definite miss. I walked in ready to buy some expensive boots but was totally ignored by the man sitting behind the counter. No hello or good afternoon or I'll be with you in a few minutes... nothing. I walked around the store for a bit and left. This isn't unique or new. RW tends to treat customers like we're asking for free merchandise. I see why many of the people at our plant don't bother dealing with RW anymore. This will be my last attempt as well. I would recommend Boot Country or Hy-Test or any other establishment with better selction, prices, and especially customer service.

Our salesman, Eric N, was very courteous and knowledgeable! He answered all our questions and wasn’t in a hurry. We will buy Red Wing again! Thanks Eric!

The atmosphere has changed a bit from the last encounter I had there, but when it comes to getting what you need, this store is just as good as any other I have gone to.

Had to go there to get work approved shoes. No one seems to want to help, and they had a very limited shoe size selection at the time of my visit. Good shoes, though

They stopped accepting discounts which I lost out on since they said they would help with next pair of boots since last pair they sold me were defective. Selection is large though.

One employee on site. He was completely unable to multi-task and when he did get to me, there basically weren't any shoes in my size. Also, I hadn't been to a Red Wing store in a long time and was shocked by the number of overseas offerings. They used to have quite a few made in USA boots. The only pair I actually owned were very comfortable but wore out quickly. I will never step foot (no pun intended) in a Red Wing Store again.
