The worst mortgage company I've ever dealt with. I was assured for months my rate would be locked at 6%. The day we sold our house that same day we went to close on another house we found out they'd actually change the rate on us. It was a much higher rate than we were promised. This was a clear case of bait and switch. I will be consulting an attorney along with the Ohio Attorney General so this never happens to anyone else. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau. I will be pursuing legal action. I recommend you never use this company for any mortgage loan needs. They will lie to you, then bait and switch your rate at the very end.

Adam and the RM team were excellent. Adam took over when a different lender was not giving us clear answers with only about 25 days until closing. They were speedy, helpful, and informative, and got us to closing without a hitch! We are now in our new home and owe a lot of the credit to Adam and Amanda!
