Great selection of merchandise and they even gift wrapped the graduation gift I was buying. Bonus stars for that, as it saved me a stop for a gift bag and tissue paper. Landen who checked us out was a really nice kid, great customer service. Thank you!

Ugh. Drawn here by the tv ads. Nothing like the ads. Aisles tight and blocked by boxes. Overpriced items, like Reds shirts for players since traded. Couldn't wait to leave. Go to Dicks or team shop instead

Came for a few items, but was really after an FC Cincinnati Garden flag to complete my Cincy sports collection for my yard. I had been to a different Rally House that was out of stock. Went to a couple other stores. No luck. When I showed up here, I noticed they had an FC garden flag displayed out front. Inside, the store was out of stock. I asked an employee if I could buy the one displayed out front. She went to ask the store manager and returned with the flag so I could purchase it! I really appreciated that as I was getting tired of trying to track one down. I'll be back!

Great little store, and I do mean little... there weren't many people in the shop when we were there but the aisles are so small and there is so much inventory I'd hate to see it at Christmastime! Wasn't able to find what we were looking for (it was offered on their website) but found something else we liked. Good merchandise, friendly customer service!

The only problem I had was when I got home and checked my receipt the price on one of my shirts was $20.00 and on the receipt it rang in at $25.99 - should have checked my receipt before leaving the store.
