Finally found a shop that diagnosed the problem correctly. Took me 3 other shops with the wrong costly advice before finding R&R. Gene's holistic perspective helped me avoid fixing what seemed to be a transmission problem, but was actually a PCV/valve cover problem. After buying a battery down the street, I couldn't get the hold down loose from all the corrosion. Gene and Brandon were able to get battery out, replace terminals, clean up corrosion, and get me back on the road so I wasnt stranded. What should've been a 5 minute job turned into an hour - the car was that bad. Although they worked on it for an hour, I was only charged for the parts.

I took my van in for a fuel pump and now he's saying that it's the computer but he was supposed to check it before he changed the fuel pump to see if that was it I'm not recommending then to nobody no more.

This auto transmission shop has been around since 1986. I started going here about 12 years ago I believe. Gene is a great guy who manages the place . The expert advice when it comes to your car is second to none. It absolutely a recommendation for people with vehicles.

This place ripped me 18 years ago.i had a 1995 mercury cougar it had transmission slip and it did more damp.and rainy days when I told him that he said that's the first time he heard of that happening so I leave my car with them he calls me later tells me he took car for a drive he said car didn't shift bad i told him again about moisture having something to do with the problem so he told me they would rebuild transmission so I said ok.got the car back drove it about 3 months later same problem shift so he said out of warranty so appertly I got screwed I heard later on that he would add Teflon to your automatic transmission to give your transmission a little more life just long enough so it would be out warranty beware!

This is the worse place for repairs. When returned to R&R 3 times they refused to fix my transmission that was done for Lincoln dealer.(buddy deal) Took to Eastgate Chevy and fixed it right but cost me $4,000 . Beware of buddy work without warranty at your local Lincoln dealer on Montgomery Rd.. ill just keep posting your horrible work on Google and plan to report to BBB
